We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

The flower is about 4-6 inches across and the bright pink from the tips of the petals can be spotted from quite a distance. It's like someone took the flower of a hibiscus and and infinitely improved upon it. The Florida Botanical Gardens are beautiful AND free! With over 30 acres of themed gardens to explore and photograph.

The house was okay. Location it was good pretty close to a lot of stores and restaurants 10min drive to the beach. The bathroom needs a remodel specifically the bathtub. Also there were a lot of ants. Communication was great. But good overall.

This home is beyond adorable. Super clean and the pool was amazing. Beds were super comfortable :) It was perfect for our little weekend getaway. Host was very responsive. Had no issues. Highly Recommend.

Not as Described – Needs Major Attention

This listing promised a professionally cleaned, spotless home — but what we walked into told a very different story. There was visible dog hair in the bathroom corners, stained living room furniture, and throw blankets with cigarette burn holes. Both beds had small bugs crawling on them, which looked a lot like fleas. The bathtub, well let’s just say, I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it!The outdoor area wasn’t much better. The pool was full of ants and flies, and the grass was extremely overgrown. When we reached out, the host mentioned they’d lost their lawn service — but unfortunately, the lack of maintenance showed in every area of the property. The listing details do not match the current condition of the home. I’d recommend the host pause bookings until the home is cleaned properly, treated for pests, and brought back to the standard advertised.
