The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Clean property on the beach

The place is very clean and had nice views. Can hear the ocean from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants. The single beds in the guest bedroom are very hard. Overall a really good stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was exactly as depicted in the photos except for the view…the view was more stunning than the photos! Loved watching the sunset from the balcony…we even saw a rainbow one evening.

After Orlando Beach relaxing

Upon arrival the after hours check in process was easy. The parking pass was forgotten but easily retrieved from the office the next day. The issues with the outside light and air conditioner were addressed quickly and efficiently. Nice area, easy to walk to dinner from a few places. Beach was beautiful and the condo was clean. I didn’t realize the washer and dryer were not in the room till we arrived, but there was a coin operated machines on the floor.

Perfection!

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers loved this property. The master bed was so comfortable and the view of the gulf from the bedroom, living room and balcony is amazing. The property feels spacious except for the second bedroom which is small but still fine. The kids said the beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable but they slept fine. The condo had everything we needed except beach towels but there were plenty of bath towels to use for the beach. I loved that they had fans in each closet to use. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had perfect weather so we barely left the condo/beach except to walk to dinner one night. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There were 2 different ladies at check in and check out and they were so friendly. At check in, I was shown how to cut through the pool area to go to beach and which key to use. I also really loved being on the top floor so we didn't have anyone else walking around above us. I must have overlooked that it was "coin laundry" when I booked it because I thought it would be in the condo so I'm not sure where the washer/dryer were located but it wasn't really necessary for us. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Great condo out of the way of the businessness of Saint Petes

A very nice place, well stocked, Enjoy the view and area. A little on the high end of cost, but a beautiful place, very peaceful! Please fix the shower in the master bathroom:)

Engagement getaway!!

Pictures and description were spot on! The place doesn't disappoint and is very well maintained! All amenities listed were available. White beaches were beautiful and there were plenty of places to be private. I used this to my advantage as I asked my fiance to marry me at sunset on the beach during our stay! Beach was even combed while we were there. Easy check in/out procedures made our late arrival very seamless and ideal because we called to access the after hours lock box. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you to all involved! WE WILL BE BACK!

Nice beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Staff & check-in are located on 1st floor which is convenient. It has a nice pool which has a small whirlpool area. The switch is hidden on side of the bldg, it would be nice if they put up a sign to show where to turn it on. The access to beach through a gate is nice. There is a small workout/relax area with 2 machines, couches & kitchen area.We rented condo #502. Liked having the top floor without anyone above us. Overall the bldg is quiet though one night several people stayed out late on balcony talking a bit loud. The acoustics are a bit loud, you can hear even from the pool when talking on balconies. Our condo was 2 bdrms & comfortable. 2nd bathroom ceiling has bubbles but that’s an easy repair. Washer & dryer is across the hallway & costs $2.00 per load. Luckily when we were there in the beginning of December there was plenty of parking. Only 1 spot per condo & my sister stayed for 2 nights. There is street parking for $3 per hour from 8am-8pm then free otherwise. The only thing that bothered me being was I staff told me they only wash comforts & extra blankets every 6 months. I took out an extra blanket & it was dirty so I washed it.

You wont be disappointed!

Friendly helpful management, great quiet location. Beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the courtyard. One of our best days was grilling out on the deck at the fenced off part of the beach, playing cornhole and playing in the sand. The room (502) was very clean, equipped and lovely decor. The one and only tiny complaint is that I wasnt expecting the other decks to be insight of each other. Felt like i was on stage the first time i walked out there. Other than that, i give it 5 stars.

Amazing Views!

Lovely property! Enjoyed our stay very much. Didn’t want to leave. Top floor unit was nice for privacy from pool area. Plenty of places to walk to for food/drinks. We’ll be back!

Best stocked kitchen I have ever had

Communication with a property manager was outstanding. The unit has a wonderful view as it is on the top floor. The unit is completely updated as a big kitchen with a huge amount of plates cups pots and pans baking trays and even a crock pot. This was by far the most well-equipped property we've ever stayed in and we have stayed at a lot of vrbo's. The master bathroom is very large and the view from the master bedroom is fantastic. The elevators work very well as you only had to wait a few seconds. The pool was adequate for our needs. There is a shuffleboard and bags area. There were two brand new propane grills which were very useful. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.
