Vacation home with space for your Boat Or RV 1 mile to boat ramp

Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for pets or for evening cookouts after a day on the water. The house is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and all the kitchen amenities of home, including an air fryer, coffee maker, even kid dishes and utensils.

We love staying at this property. It feels like home. It is clean, spacious and offers all that our family needs.The property manager has been so responsive to every need, including quickly coming to our rescue when we lost the keys! We already booked our stay for next year!

Stayed for an entire week with my whole family sleeping on box springs as there were no mattresses atop of them. The house itself was a nice house and well put together for the most part in a nice location in relative distance to the beach and most restaurants (we were unable to figure out the beach trolley situation?) however the driveway situation was much tighter than advertised it was difficult to pull into with an 18' boat i would imagine it would make it hard for RV or anything else being towed. The backyard is overgrown in foliage which makes it pretty with the diffrent large plants however we did find about a 5' ratsnake in one of our bedrooms that my 70 year old mother found and had to put in a waste basket to take outside. The jet tub/shower in the guest bathroom did not drain very well and master shower door opened into the toilet. When washing clothes the dryer didnt appear to do well as you had to run multiple cycles andstill ended up with damp clothes.

While I admit that a big reason for choosing this property for our stay was the low price, I did not expect things to be so neglected. The first noticeable issue was the dead battery in the smoke detector, then we started realizing that about a quarter of the lightbulbs were out. The dead lightbulbs likely weren't recent issues, since it was obvious that other guests had already started moving bulbs from other fixtures to where they were needed. The microwave keypad doesn't work. No paper towels or toilet paper was a first for us.

Enjoyed our stay. Tub was very slippery to stand in. No bath available. Outside garbage cans had not been emptied from last guest. Couldn't figure out the controls for florida room ceiling fans. Tried 2 seperate beds, both were very uncomfortable.

We've stayed here often. There are so many great things: location, house layout, weather..I would say that an area of improvement would be to supply the basics. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, better frying pan, cutting board. If a guest is staying more than a week, then cleaning supplies. Vacume, decent broom etc

This house is located in nice quiet neighborhood and close to anything you need. Its a big house but the Florida room might be the best part. Nice yard but needs some tlc and lights out back.

First time visitors

The house is perfect size for families of all sizes! The location is in the middle of anything and everything, so popping to the grocery store wasn't an issue. The only thing I would change would be updating the mattresses and pillows, but honestly everything else was fantastic!!! I would definitely stay again!
