Rodeado de exuberante vegetación tropical, Chic a si Cottage está construido de cipreses con techo de hojalata, persianas de Bermudas y adornos originales de pan de jengibre. Una amplia terraza y césped entre la cabaña y la playa invita a vivir al aire libre con sillas Adirondack, hamacas, columpios en el porche y un cenador con ventilador de techo y una gran parrilla de gas. La ducha exterior privada permite bañarse bajo el sol o la luna. Amplio estacionamiento privado. Cocina de nuevo diseño con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en 2017. Beautiful well maintained property on a scenic, peaceful stretch of beach. Abundant wildlife including different birds, dolphins, and stingrays to name a few.

Amazing beachfront property! Excellent everything from the decor, to the view, to the location. I really did not want to leave. We will definitely book this cottage again. 5 stars!

Rare opportunity to stay in an original old Florida Indian rocks Beach cottage, much less one as beautiful as Chic A Si . Well stocked with everything that you need. The outdoor shower is a major highlight! Walking distance to breakfast, coffee, restaurants, and beach bars. Don’t worry about forgetting anything because Cvs is right across the street! We loved our stay there and I hope we have an opportunity to do it again sometime soon.

Wonderful stay, property very well cared for and maintained for a comfortable experience. All amenities were of high quality, was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in with the best location.

My family and I had the best time. The beach was amazing with beautiful sunsets.Harry is the best host and so helpful. The cabin came fully accommodated with the necessities and the outside shower is epic! It was an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back. Location is close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. You could not ask for a better location or view. The house was well stocked and clean and we would not hesitate to book another week.

Third time - same charm!

We have stayed in this adorable home for the last 3 years and have had the same amazing experience each time. It is the perfect cottage on the beach for a relaxing week (or more) and we feel lucky to have found a home away from home!

This was our sixth year at Chicasi. It is always very well maintained and looks amazing despite the hurricane last year. Great location, perfect beach access and gorgeous yard with gazebo. Will be back again next year!

Fantastic beach cottage! Clean, great communication with owner. Easy access to the beach. Outdoor shower was so nice to rinse off after playing at the beach!

Family Getaway

Chicasi is a beautiful property. The outdoor space was to die for and the cottage itself was a a great blend of modern conveniences and beach living. We also loved the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was our third time renting this adorable cottage. We love being right on the beach and short walking distance to so many of the best restaurants. The landscaping and outdoor areas are beautiful and so well taken care of. The inside is charming and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Cottage by the Sea

Beautiful family-style cottage close to a myriad of activities with the beach as your playground. We were so lucky to have this as the perfect setting for our birthday celebration. The gazebo served as a gathering place for our oldest and dearest friends and our family joined us there to complete our special day in the sun.

Beautiful and private

This is the second year we have stayed at this property over the holidays. It’s a beautiful private home with just enough yard enjoy family and friends. Just a few steps to the beach and easy running and walking in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Best spot in Indian Rocks

My family has stayed at Chicasi 5 years in a row. Location is perfect. We can walk to a different restaurant or ice cream shop every day. The cottage and yard are beautiful and well-maintained. We love Chicasi!

Fourth trip to Chicasi

We've stayed at Chicasi four summers in a row. We love it. Location is perfect. The cottage is cute and well maintained. We especially enjoy the gazebo and outdoor spaces. Communication with Hal is quick and easy.

Excellent Vacay!!!

This was my family's second time staying at Chicasi and it was everything we expected and more. Cannot say enough good things about the charming cottage, the amazing location, and the awesome host of the property. The place was clean, had all the cookware, linens and towels you need. Right on the beach! Such a lovely place!!!

Wonderful

Just as described, this was a great house for 3 of us who stayed for a week. Beachfront location is spectacular with lots of outdoor seating. House is well equipped. Bedrooms are small but comfy. Across the street is cvs and restaurants. Host is welcoming and available.

Beloved Florida Tradition

Chic a si cottage has become our favorite summer vacation tradition. A charming beach house with tons of character where every little detail has been carefully considered. The hosts are exceptionally accommodating and friendy. We will continue to return as long as they'll have us! This is not just another beach rental, but an cherished family home.
