Surf Song #238 - Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo close to all of the popular attractions in south Madeira Beach. Bright and spacious living quarters, with 43 inch television, lead to the outdoor balcony that provides nice side view of the gorgeous gulf waters. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone.

The master bedroom is spacious and includes one queen bed as well as one twin, making this a perfect spot for family of three. Kitchen utensils, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Of course, with all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

But what's a vacation without being close to all the amenities? Guests love the close proximity to the warm, gulf waters, white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village, where there is something new to experience every day. Here you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's Number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Surf Song was a hit.

Quaint beach getaway. Love the proximity to Johns Pass and the direct access to the beach. Condo was spacious and well equipped. Private balcony with a good beach view. Only good thongs to say, no negatives for me.

Great getaway! Outstanding location, amazing weather and Beautiful beach! Condo a bit dated, but the location, balcony, pool and beach access are great! Walking distance to St. John’s Pass!

Location and room was nice, the beds were terrible, I slept ok, my wife couldn’t sleep at all, she finally moved to the couch which was marginally better, otherwise everything was great. Also, water heater was small, so you would run out of hot water during your shower.

Family of Three were Happy!

This was a great location for our family vacation. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Parking for this condo is under the building in the shade and close to the elevator. The room is a little dated but was clean and comfortable. The property seems to managed by a company so we didn't find as many items in the kitchen and for the beach as we usually do. They did have a small cooler in the unit. The balcony had an incredible view of the sunset and we only saw a neighbor out once. No problems with noise level. We walked to John's Pass nightly for dinner and did very little driving. Internet worked fine and we brought a Fire Stick for the kiddo. The pool was clean and warm. My only real complaint is you can't turn the AC under 72. We live in the mountains and prefer it colder than that. Overall it is a great value for the location and we would stay again should we return to the area.

Nice condo, great location!

Can’t get any better than on the beach! The condo met our expectations. Liked having it cleaned weekly. Great view of the ocean and sunsets off the balcony. Very quiet place and already booked for next year. Thank you Surf Song!

Condo was excellent!! Exactly as described!!! Every thing we needed was there. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was excellent! The internet was terrible and even though I was on vacation, I still have to do work stuff and it was hard because the internet went out every few minutes. We never saw housekeeping the whole time we were there and the paperwork said they would stop by late in the week for light housekeeping.
