  • Beach Place 511 is a top floor unit that has been tastefully refurnished with new carpet, leather living room furniture, a new dining room set with seating for 8, and new bedroom furniture including a king in the master bedroom.

    Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

    The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

    Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

    There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

    Views of the Gulf of Mexico are endless when you're way up here!

La propiedad está buena bien ubicada todo cerca, estaba limpia solo necesitaba un poco más de útiles de la casa la batidora tiene el vaso roto y muy pocas toallas es lo único pero todo lo demás excelente muchas gracias.

Great availability of everything you would want in a beach location. Great views of the gulf and John's Pass. The condo was good however no batteries in any of the remotes for any of the TVs. Somewhat of a blessing because the grandkids were glued to the beach and pool instead of the tube. All adults wished that the beds could have been better. Overall a great week at the beach with our kids and grandkids.

We loved this location and setup of the condo. We’ve stayed in the area a few times and this place has been our favorite. Having both bathrooms accessible from the hallway for all to use was helpful and plenty of beds for quite a few people. We only had 5 but this condo can certainly accommodate more. The unit was stocked with plenty of supplies to get started, washer and dryer and some chairs/noodles for the beach. Excellent communication when I needed to reach out and being right next to Johns Pass was a perfect location. Something to do for everyone. Also saw dolphins and manatees right off the beach. We’ll be back!

Great rental. Perfect location. Very clean. Updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 8. Only place for improvement would be an upgrade to the beds. Very old and uncomfortable. Still really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again

Perfect Location for Johns Pass

Accommodations were great. Had four teenage girls and they were able to walk to shopping and beach and had a great time.!

Pros-incredible view and location (1 minute walk to boardwalk and John’s pass park), great parking, easy check in and out, quick replies Cons-moldy shower curtains, carpets in room very stained and old, needs a deep clean, sink in first bathroom only had hot water, found several palmetto bugs in the house, tv didn’t work in one room

Great location.......could use some cleaning

This is a great location for a Florida vacation. There is a lot to do over at John's Pass. We thoroughly enjoy staying on Madeira Beach. The condo was not very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was not well stocked (lacked utensils for everyday eating). I would stay again but it is pricey for a dirty condo.

As soon as we got there , within the first few hours , the hard to please teenagers said that it was their favorite vacation destination. There is a lot to do for under 21 . The adults loved it too . If we were to do it again , going grocery shopping before hand is a must . The closest store is probably 1 mile or so away . I would definitely go back there again. We usually go to Siesta Keys but everyone liked this place just as much if not better .

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Only complaint was no TP lol. We ordered in everything. Had a great time. The building itself needs some work on the electronic key pads. Gate to pool and beach didn't work several times.

Great Location

There were several things we liked about this property.... the location, 2 parking spots and spacious accommodations. There were a several things that could be improved/added to make property a better value: kitchen towels, pot holders, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels etc. The communication could have been better.

Was told we would have chairs and umbrellas for the beach had none toilet handle broke the first day had to call about that the floors the blankets on the beds were all disgusting nasty the refrigerator leaked all over the floor several times we had to clean that up the front or the second bathroom the toilet overflowed I had to call for that had no Wi-Fi instruction had no TV instructions had no instructions on anything very disappointing stay

Great location

Great location. The room had great space but needs TLC. We had no supplies to start as we were supposed to. No toilet paper or anything else. The directions for check in were not great as we ended up in the building next door. The 2 parking lots are all combined with the same lettering and numbers. Just add that Beach Place is the pink building. When we called to ask for help the woman was worthless. I finally reached a gentleman that was able to help.

Host responsive. Good beach location. Big condo. No paper towls or kitchen towls. Plenty of bathroom towels. Wi-fi did not work. Barh jets did not work. Damaged window screens. Sliding door hard to open and close due to track damage. Needs total updating. Dented fridge door. Master bath drain slow. Pictures were taken

Dated and Dirty

The place could be nice but its too dirty and worn. When we arrived it was like the place hadn't been deeped cleaned in years. Around the corners of the doors the floor is gray where its so dirty. Tables and counters were dirty and dusty aswell as tubs were not clean. They had dead dried up flowers on the dinning room table that were crispy dry. The internet/wi-fi was not working and the cable tv was not working. The furniture is old and worn. Nothing there has been updated in years, like maybe 20 years.

Bad information

when I booked it noticed it was on the top level so I chatted to be sure there was an elevator as we were traveling with my 80 year old mother. A few hours before we were due to check in we got an email with details on how to get in. That is when we learned the elevators are out of order. Perhaps if this was a new issue maybe we would've understood. But I called management and it seems the elevators have been not working since last winter's storms - out of order for over a year!!!! This should've been included in the current listing info. We were stuck in Tampa at the last minute with no place for 5 of us to stay. Not a relaxing vacation situation. Money was return but we had to spend dinner in a restaurant looking for a place to stay for 3 nights

Great Location but a dirty condo

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and many activities. However, the condo itself was very dirty. There was blood stains on the sheets of one bed and one of the shower curtains. Both shower curtain had mold on them. Some of the dishes were dirty. The floors has layers of dirt in every corner and near the base boards. My white socks were brown have walking on the floors for only a few minutes. The carpets have not been cleaned in a very long time. They were stained and the cushion on the kitchen showers were also stained. There was dust on all the doors. I will definitely not rent this condo again.

Ok property in a great location. The condo itself is dated, with some basic functional issues. 1 bedroom tv does not work properly. 1 bathroom had no cold water in the sink; only hot water. The pictures are a little deceiving on the web.The biggest issue or cncern is when we reached out to the property owners/or property managers for these issues, our concerns were ignored. They told us they would correct them, however, they were not. We did get an email asking if we would like someone to come show us how to use the tv, that by the way had no cable or satellite connections, nor was it a smart tv to open an app.Which really did not ruin our vacay, but the lack of concern from the owners/ or property management was disappointing. It boils down to customer service and they failed miserably. The pool is nice, the beach access is great and the location is ideal for dining, shopping and walking!

While the location was great and met our expectations, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the property and the lack of response to our repeated requests for repairs. The primary bedroom's bathroom sink became stopped up after only minimal use and when we called to get some plumbing help, we were promised someone would come to repair it, they never did. The sink in the second bathroom had a broken cold water tap from the moment we arrived, and again, no one came to repair it (we stayed five days). The bathtub stoppers were both missing or not working. The carpets throughout are dirty and really need to be replaced. When we arrived, the elevator to the building was broken, which is unfortunate, as we were staying on the fifth floor (which meant with the ground floor, we had to climb six fights of stairs with all our stuff for the first two days of our stay. Overall, a disappointing stay for what we expected.

Great Location - Unit struggled a bit

First of all this is a wonderful location, right on the beach and just a 60 second walk to John's Pass. So I want to make sure it is understood that the unit was serviceable and worked for us. Here are some issues: Sliding door to balcony was really hard to open. Upholstered furniture was stained. Mattresses all squeaked. Half of the lamps had no bulbs. Ran out of TP on day one. Dryer lint trap was clogged. Furnace filter so loaded that it had buckled. So I guess what I am saying is really great location but the unit was tired and badly under-maintained. Would I come back to this unit? No.
