The Aqualea Residences consist of 18 units on the oceanfront portion of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Hotel. It is managed by Aqualea Residences Condominium Association. This fully furnished, oceanfront, 2br/2.5bath condo unit has a split floor plan to enhance privacy. The master suite has a king bed with an en suite bath containing both a shower and a separate sunken tub. The other bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower and vanity with dual sinks. Three balconies face Clearwater Beach and the Gulf. You have sunset views of the gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Amazing views from every room in this unit and you feel so close to the water. The condo has an open floor plan for the living room/dining/kitchen area. The unit has a dedicated elevator entrance that opens directly into the condo and a side entrance, as well as dedicated condo parking, making it private and exclusive. You still have the amenities of the connected Hyatt Regency hotel with no resort fee. The hotel has a spectacular pool, multiple lounging decks, including the one on roof top, and a fitness center for your use. If you want to indulge more you can also pay and use other amenities at this world class resort including restaurants and the spa. Unit is equipped with WIFI and three TV sets and in-unit washer and dryer. Location which is the best in Clearwater Beach, gives you prime access to beach equipment rentals, sports, activities and restaurants. All in all a perfect place for a dream vacation. Clearwater Beach is a 30 to 35 minute drive from Tampa International Airport.
Please note these 18 units have a Home owner association and you will need to complete an owner-renter lease agreement and also follow Hyatt housekeeping rules while using common area and amenities.

Awesome!

The location of the property is perfect, very walkable with shops, restaurants and music every night, playing in multiple places. The condo is perfect with two main suites on opposite sides for privacy. Sunsets are magnificent! Hosts were very responsive. Already booked again for next year.

Beautiful condo, fantastic location, wonderful hosts

This condo was amazing! It looks even better in person than in the photos. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The condo has a wonderful layout, and it feels much larger than I expected. The amenities of the Hyatt were excellent. The condo is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and activities. It would be impossible to be bored here! The owners are delightful and so responsive to texts and messages. We had a problem with the refrigerator’s water line freezing. The owners sent a repair person out the next day. The owners decided to replace the fridge instead of repair it, and we had a new fridge within 2 days. In the meantime, they had a filtered water pitcher and ice trays delivered to us. We could not have asked for a more lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location of the property was wonderful. There was a lot to do and the amenities at the Hyatt were very nice. The layout of the condo was great as each group has their own end for privacy and a nice central living area and kitchen. The condo was not very clean when we arrived and we had an appliance snafu that should have been addressed before we arrived. The owner did get the appliance promptly replaced and had cleaners come after a few days but it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Perfect condo at the perfect location

Condo is very nice and spacious. Location is perfect. Evening time on the balconies ... perfect! Amenities are complete with pool, hot tub, beach. Has only been a couple days, but I miss it already! :) Hosts are very deserving of Super Host tag.

Absolutely Incredible, Exceeding expectations!!

Thank you so very much, our vacation was incredible! Location, location, location are the key elements to any property and this properties location is directly in the center of Clearwater Beach. You could not find property in a more desirable location. It provides walking distance access to all that Clearwater Beach offers. Absolutely Incredible, Exceeding Expectations is not an overstatement relative to the unit and its amenities. The unit is absolutely beautiful typified by exquisite decor with an "at home" quality. It's two large bedrooms on opposite ends of this huge unit provides ultimate privacy. The dining room, living room and kitchen are very nice with more than was expected. The amenities included access to the gym and sauna. What is noteworthy is the roof top pool. The pool offers bar and food service as well as entertainment which my entire family took advantage of. The view from the pool deck overlooking the beach and the gulf was breathtaking. Finally the owners of the unit were accessible before, during and after our trip. They were truly interested in making our stay top notch. They did not disappoint. Needless to say we completely enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book another vacation! Thanks again!
