Seaview 202 is fully updated and exceptionally well equipped for modern comfort and convenience. Seaview Condominiums has just completed an extensive renovation, featuring a brand-new heated pool and spa.

Unit 202: Extra Large Beachfront Balcony: Watch the dolphins and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee.
Living Area: Our beachy, cheerful living room features a giant leather sectional and large flat screen tv. Kitchen Convenience: Prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area seats eight, with additional counter seating.
Entertainment: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs with upgraded cable.
Master Suite: Drift off to sleep listening to the waves in a king-sized bed with beachfront views. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

Excellent place to stay! We had an awesome vacation here. The property is clean and well maintained, comfortable and well appointed. The pool and beach are perfect and never too crowded. Great location, we were able to walk to several shops and restaurants. We would stay here again if in the area!

Beautiful beachfront condo!!! Loved sitting on porch all day watching birds, dolphin & people. Heated pool & hot tub was great even on cool days. Condo exactly as listed with all the little things thought of to make stay nicer. Thank you Joan for allowing us to stay

Access to the beach and pool was great. Condo was well stocked and clean. Views were awesome. Joan and Dorothy were very helpful when we needed assistance. Multiple vehicle parking can be a challenge during busy season but Joan was helpful and gave us options. We would stay here again.

Perfect location, very clean unit, Dorothy the housekeeper kept in touch for needs, Joan also texted while we were there to make sure eveything was ok. We appreciated the spices and extra supplies to get started with the vacation as well

We had an amazing family stay! Loved watching dolphins right from the balcony every morning. The new pool and hot tub were beautiful and just steps away from a super clean, uncrowded beach. Great location—close to John’s Pass, restaurants, activities and easy access to main roads. The area felt very safe and family-friendly. Only minor downside was the low water pressure in the showers, but everything else was perfect! Of note - property itself is older but well-kept and maintained.

Joan is an excellent host! She took care of our every need. The condo is perfect and has everything you need for an awesome beach stay. We loved the location and all the extras the host provided. Would definitely stay here again!
