Pet friendly – One dog allowed per unit with a $150 fee (must be included in your reservation). Pets are not allowed on furniture.


This private apartment is perfect for a family of four or just a couple who needs a separate room as a workspace. It features a spacious living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

You will be able to enter the apartment at any time after the check-in time. The front door is located only a few steps from where you can park your car.

The beach is only a 3 minutes walk to the west.
Our favorite restaurants on Clearwater Beach are:
Palm Pavilion (6 min walk)
Clear Sky Café (9 min walk)
Pearly’s Beach Eats (12 min walk)
If you want to go on a little adventure, you can walk north on the beach, and in about 2 miles you will arrive at the Shell Tree. Go ahead and hang a shell as well.

Getting around:
If you do not come with a car, you can get around with Jolley Trolley. The bus stop is behind the big hotel (Fairfield Inn) and it leaves every 45 minutes.
There are many places on the island where you can rent golf carts and scooters.

No strings attached, no additional fees! Arrive, and enter your private space. When you leave, just close the door behind you, we do not have complicated check-out instructions!

Welcome! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, please carefully review and follow the house rules below. By booking this property, you agree to these terms.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.

No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.

No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.

No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.

No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

🏊 Pool & Quiet Hours
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

📦 General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.

Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

👤 Guest Agreement
Must be 21 years or older to book.

The number of guests must match the number on the reservation. No additional overnight guests allowed.

Guests may not alter or cancel the booking outside of the set cancellation policy. Please double-check dates and details before booking.

By booking, you authorize necessary property access for maintenance, repair, or inspection.

Please do not remove any items from the rental. Missing items may be considered theft and reported accordingly.
