"I am sorry to report our finding of the condition of this property sad. The unit had some upgrades, but there still was a hole in the bedroom wall, stains on furnture, paint bubbling and mold on ceiling in bath and the stairs, the first thing you see when you enter really needed paint. The linens were all new and nice, the AC worked great and kitchen was bare minimum. This is the first time I have ever left a review like this and I hope the owner gets out to his property to fix his problems."

"Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. It offers privacy to get dressed but no privacy for conversations or intimate relations in the bedroom. The location was key so I would rent again but maybe not bring all my kids. :)"
