Welcome travellers to our cosy apartment situated in the charming town of Qawra, perfect for couples or friends wishing to be close to the sea while also enjoying the different entertainment options just steps away.

The place features everything you need for both short and long stays. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living area, comfortable double beds, as well as a private balcony!

Apartment includes high-speed wifi and free use of AC at any temperature you wish.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Balcony| A private balcony is available and accessible from the living space. It also includes outdoor furniture.

Living Area | The spacious living area is perfect for social gatherings or simply to unwind after long days exploring the island.

Outdoor Area | enjoy the use of the private balcony equipped with a table and chairs. This area is designed for our guests to take in the beautiful atmosphere of Qawra while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze during the hot summer days.

Dining Area | The dining area can easily fit 4 guests to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Kitchen | The kitchen includes all appliances and utensils you need to fix a good meal. It features an oven and a hob, as well as a microwave for those who wish to prepare a hot meal. The kitchen also includes storage space, a fridge and a freezer to help keep food stay fresh longer.

Bedrooms | The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, which both include a double bed. One of the bedrooms also feature an ensuite.

Bathrooms | 2 full bathrooms, one being an ensuite with a shower and a toilet while the other full bathroom is accessible from the living area and includes a bathtub.

Ease of Access: For added convenience, a lift is available in the common areas of the building, ensuring hassle-free navigation throughout your stay.

You'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars along the promenade, where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Qawra is also home to several sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea. The beaches offer facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas, making it convenient for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the beachfront experience. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to engage in activities such as snorkeling, diving, and jet skiing.

There are several options for getting around Qawra and the surrounding areas. Some options include:

Bus: Malta has an extensive public bus network, with many routes serving Qawra and the surrounding areas. Buses are a convenient and affordable way to get around the island.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available in Qawra, and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. Prices are generally reasonable, but it is a good idea to confirm the fare before starting your journey. You can download the app either for BOLT, UBER or ECABS and book your trip.

Car rental: If you want to explore the island at your own pace, you may want to consider renting a car. There are several car rental agencies in Qawra and the surrounding areas.

Walking: Qawra is a relatively small area, and many attractions and amenities are within walking distance. It is a pleasant area to explore on foot, and it is a good way to experience the local culture and way of life.

Bicycle: Qawra is relatively flat, making it a good place to explore by bike. You can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
