    Ship's Cove is exactly one mile from St. Michaels MD, one of USA Today's top 10 coastal towns. It is a quaint historical town with a beautiful harbor, exceptional dining and one of a kind shopping.

Beautiful property

My family and I stayed at this incredible property for a little less than a week. The location to downtown St. Michaels was perfect! The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate with, and did an incredible job with the property. I would highly recommend staying!

Amazing family oasis

This home and property was absolutely perfect for my family of 7 adults 2 children. All details have been considered. The pool house with a full bath was a great bonus for anyone who needed a moment of solitude. Activities for the entire family to enjoy. Would stay here again

Magical Memories St. Michael’s

Lovely, well appointed property. It literally had everything we needed. We did take 2 kuerigs and a small Costco table as we read kitchen was a little small. The kitchen has a side cart with multi shelves that enhanced the kitchen space and a nearby buffet which we used to serve meals from and keep people out of kitchen. The outdoor space is amazing - pool, patio, deck. We enjoyed the kayaks, the outdoor shower, pool and proximity to town. Plenty of bathrooms for a crowd. Girlfriend birthday celebrations and we’re still giggling. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We cannot wait to come back! The home is beautifully decorated, well equipped and has such a sense of warmth to it, and the grounds are equally as beautiful. We came with extended family to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and everyone had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the pool and time by the firepit and our ("city") kids loved seeing all of the wildlife (bunnies, turtles etc.). Michael is an absolutely fabulous host, and you can tell he truly cares about making your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. We had an issue on the first night with the grill, and Michael was out there the next morning - before half of us were even awake - fixing the problem. We highly recommend this little gem, and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic location and house!

We had a great stay for a long weekend with extended family. The house was equipped with everything we needed both inside and out. We used the kayaks, rowboat, pool, large yard, outside tables and lounge chairs. It was too hot to use the screened in porch much, but it was a lovely space with lots of seating, new looking furniture, and barware. For a house that sleeps 12, the kitchen is a bit small and we had a little trouble finding adequate counter space for cooking for such a large group and with multiple cooks. Not really a complaint, just something good for future guests to know. The family room was large with a good amount of seating as was the dining room table (seating for 8). There is a nice bedroom on the first floor with an attached bathroom and another one just like it with it's own bathroom above it. Also upstairs is a connected queen bedroom, bunk bed room, and full bath. That area was perfect for my sister's family with two kids. There is a third bedroom upstairs that also has its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom upstairs doesn't have an attached bathroom but there is a separate one just across the hall. A few of the shower heads were loose and spraying water in strange places but after a little tightening, we were able to get most of them to behave. There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot for at least 6 or 7 cars if folks are arriving separately. We walked to town each morning. It's a one mile walk, most of which is sidewalk in town but the first 1/3 mile is along a pretty main road but there's a pretty wide shoulder. I had lots of questions before our arrival and Michael was always quick to respond and more than informative. This was a great rental and I would definitely stay here again.
