This has your basic amenities. Perfect for contractors. we except long stays here if need be due to work. Close to restaurants! On your days off enjoy one of several beaches located within 30 mins of the property. 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches.

There is no front desk for this property. We were told that the room lock code was texted to us, I didn't receive it. We arrived around 130 am and got lucky that a property manager was standing outside smoking and was able to let us in. The photos of the area didn't match what the area really looked like. The photos are the coastal area and not the town. I didn't feel comfortable with the location and felt disappointed so we checked out BUT the host was gracious to refund the money unused. We got a place closer to the federal homeland security ----our main reason for the visit to begin with.

It was incredibly clean property. Easy to access and quiet. The only thing we were a little weary of was that there was no secondary lock other than the deadbolt. We would've liked maybe a latch lock or something from the inside to use.

This is a total scam! The pictures they show are NOT what this place is . It’s an old motel! The room had not been cleaned, pillows on the floor! No one in to let us in took pics fhru the window and called the manager and he gave us our money back and said he was going to stop management of this property! Please don’t rent this place

Very comfortable and efficient accommodation

It was amazingly well appointed for such a reasonable price. Very nicely designed and furnished. It made my visit pleasant and enjoyable, exceeding my expectations.

Great getaway

Overall this place is worth the price. The only issue we really had was according to the listing there was supposed to be towels and extra linen. And the pictures show 2 fullsize beds. The room we ended in had 1 full size bed. The refrigerator also didn’t work. But we came for Cumberland island and the surrounding area was perfect for what we needed. We will stay here again. The only question we had was Vrbo says pets are allowed and the other property management website says no in some of their listings. But the backs of the room doors say no pets.

Got exactly what we paid for. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Only thing we could have used would have been a rack to hang things on.

The property was very clean. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Allowed me to extend my time at the last minute. Close to restaurants and downtown St Mary’s .

Great Stay

This is a very affordable and convenient place to stay if you are planning on visiting Cumberland Island National Seashore. It's just minutes from the historic downtown of Saint Mary's, Georgia. The host is very responsive and gives clear check in/out instructions. I would stay here again.
