Beautiful St Joe River Home, Road/Boat accessible, Dock/Deck to enjoy your stay

This home provides you with a spacious living room/dining room combination with a beautiful view of the river. A fully equipped kitchen that provides all the necessities for up to 12 guests. A spacious Master w/a Queen bed, bath, walk in closet, 2 additional spacious bedrooms w/ Queen beds, walk in closets. 1 full guest bath. A large TV/hang out room w/a Queen hide-a-bed sofa/couch. This home can accommodate 8+ guest. A large deck to see up or down the River. A BBQ to enjoy the outdoors at meal time. Fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. Launch your boat and water toys in St. Marie's, drive up river to your dock, no hassles of launching/loading daily. Plenty of parking space for friends and family.
You can take a boat ride from your dock to the Coeur d'Alene Lake and enjoy the amenities located around the Lake.
We are pet friendly, gates installed to give peace of mind about keeping them on the property.
A septic drain field must be protected, please inquire of long loads (boats/campers). It is a long narrow driveway. Waterways on both sides of property. You will need instructions to maneuver safely on the property. There is an adjacent piece of property that is fenced off. This is not part of the property, it is not our property. Please do not use it as a turnaround or for extra parking.
We purchased this home for our retirement July 2019. It is a work in progress! It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation. You will enjoy it!!!

New Heating and A/C unit installed June 2021.

Upgrades for 2022 - New paint and flooring throughout. New toilets, new light fixtures, new furniture.
Upgrades are completed a little at a time.

Your front door entry code will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled day to arrive. If you need it sooner, please send me a request.

Great St. Joe Property

Property is new and well kept. Well stocked with everything a family needs for a great time. Sits right on the St Joe river kids can fish, swim or boat on the river. We will return.

Amazing stay in Saint Maries

We had such an amazing stay. The house was clean and was very accommodating. There were plenty of shower and beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our large family. Tons of camp chairs and yard games. We loved being on the river with a nice dock. We were able to park the boat at the dock and easy swimming. Pam was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. Would highly recommend!

Great getaway

The house, property, location, and owners are great. We enjoyed the dock and St Joe river. The home is nicely set up and you feel like you can live in and enjoy the place. One thing to note, the beds have firm mattresses, with toppers, which was good for me, but our friends we used to softer padded beds. Return trips to St Marie’s will include a stay here

Wedding weekend

This was great place for our family of 6 + 1 dog to stay for a family wedding weekend. The neighbors were great and the area was perfect, not too far out of town right on the water. We will definitely stay again

Just what we needed!

Just Us Girls weekend, and this place was perfect for us. The home is so well appointed, we wanted for nothing. We spent a good deal of time on the back deck overlooking the river. The side yard was great for a cornhole tournament and we also enjoyed the firepit that evening. Furnishings we clean and comfortable and the house never felt crowded, even with six women sharing it. We shared meals in the ample dining room, played board games and just had so much fun. Thank you, Pam!

Deer hunting

The place was descent! The motion activated kitchen sink sucked! There were no extra bath towels or wash cloths! There were only 4 bath towels in the whole house! There were no kitchen paper towels! Be careful walking on the deck! The deck is just OSB plywood, so it’s a little sketchy! Some parts of deck were rotted so we didn’t spend any time on the deck! Parking is a little tight! Other than that, the place was pretty clean and the property manager was very nice and easy to work with!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. The property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cooking tools, and the porch and dock offered great access to view or be on the St Joe. An overall great stay!

Charming cabin on the river

Fabulous fun place for humans and dogs… we all enlisted our time here…. Gazing at the river, swimming in the river… enjoying the antique nicknacks in the cabin… all a joy.

Excellent property

What a perfect place! We unfortunately had to come to town for a funeral but this place was a perfect stay for family. What a nice quiet location on the river. And they allow dogs! So we were able to have our furry friends on our last minute trip. They loved the property. We will definitely be back in summer when we can enjoy the river. The property itself and house met our needs. Several bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room to relax after a long day. Thanks again! ❤️

Thanksgiving with family!

Stayed about a week to gather with family from all over the PNW and do some hunting as well. Gorgeous little place and plenty of room for us to all fit. Would go again and highly recommend.

It’s even more beautiful than the pictures.

There were a couple of small issues, like not being able to figure out how to work the sink, and the porch light was out. The property manager addressed them right away. I was very impressed. The house and property were gorgeous, and well priced. We will definitely do it again.

Such a beautiful place

Second time renting out the place and I can't get over how beautiful the place is its so peaceful and if you forget anything a store is close by. It's clean and really nice inside the house as well.
