"I am very angry and never write reviews good or bad but this is an ABSOLUTELY NO AND NEVER AGAIN! As soon as I got to this hotel I wanted to leave but it was no refundable and couldn’t afford to go somewhere else without a refund! No one was at the front desk when we got there. Waited for a few mins then noticed there was a handwritten note taped to the phone that read call for assistance. Picked up the phone and someone came eventually. Finally got to our room and the hotel stunk like dirty...

"We stayed 1 night prior to flying for vacation. I did leave my car there & took a shuttle to airport, that was a great convience. When we returned, I called the hotel & a shuttle picked us up. We were there a short time & did not use any other amenities like pool or even breakfast (very early flight)."

"Bed smelled like pee... Requested a room change and they did.. we forgot something in the mini fridge in the next day we asked to get access to the fridge and they let us in but you could easily see that it was just the beds made and nothing clean the room still stinked.. it shows that the cleaning staff doesn't care they just put the bed back together instead of trying to clean. We won't be staying there again"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is on the older side, but it was clean and well-maintained. While it may not feel modern, it was comfortable enough for what we needed. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the great service."

"No other way to say it: This is a dive. I rated it "Okay" only in the sense that our rental car was not broken into and it was not so loud that we couldn't sleep. There is a handwritten sign on the ck-in window to the effect that "weekly & monthly" residents are subject to higher security deposits. (We saw some of this clientele---ouch!) The wall joints are cracking and the furniture is "war surplus". It's a "Motel 6", I know, but I've come to expect a more consistent, reliable budget product...

"Room: Was clean but dated, Housekeeping never came to freshen towels, bed, etc. Bathroom was very dated, inside shower was dark so hard to read what the items were (shampoo / conditioner / body wash). Toilet was dated - too low, uncomfortable, and too close to water! "After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable."
