Updated 3 bed, 2 bath home on a quiet court in St. Charles County with furnished kitchen, large deck with outdoor dining, tvs in every room, finished basement with living area, ping pong table, board games and washer/dryer. Mins from shopping, restaurants, bars, casinos, wineries, gyms, hospitals, and major highways. 30 min drive to downtown St. Louis, Forest Park, StL Zoo, and Arch, 15 mins from Lambert Airport, and mins from several baseball, soccer, hockey and equestrian complexes. Up to two pets allowed for a NON-refundable fee.

The rental was super clean and the host was quick to respond and was welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again. The only thing we noticed is that there wasn’t a handrail on the basement stairs and since we had an older person staying with us she wasn’t able to enjoy the basement. Otherwise everything was great!

This home worked perfect for our needs. We didn't have time to cook or hang out much at the home, but it is set up to do just that. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook a meal including a crockpot. Large fenced yard and outdoor space to enjoy.

Overall, the house was nice but I reported the smell of pets or urine in carpet. Shannon informed me that the carpet was being replaced asap. Shannon was responsive to my concerns but the carpet/smell was the only reason it was not 5 stars. I hope the owners fix this before the next VRBO.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great location in a quiet neighbor hood. Lots of close by things to do. Renter is easy to work with and responds quickly. This maybe become a yearly trip and will for sure try to rent this place again.

This was a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed! Would stay here again. The beds were all super comfy, loved the pillows and sheets too! Ping pong table was an added bonus!

Cute house, amazing location! My son loved the ping pong table! Love that we had cleaning essentials including laundry. Beds were a little stiff for our liking (that is subjective). Host and owners are great at communication. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Would stay again.

Relaxing stay

Came for work.After a day in crazy and busy hospital, it was really serene to sit up on the high up balcony or on the grounds of the property which are well designed.Also walked through the neighborhood, it was a lovely walk.

I'd Stay Here Again

The house was clean and roomy. Being able to park in the garage was a plus. The house has a large kitchen and dining area. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping areas and restaurants.The king bed was a little firmer than we were used to and my friend mentioned that one of the beds upstairs had a low spot. There was plenty of blankets and towels.

In town for Christmas with family

Literally the only two areas that were unusual for us was a built in workbench in garage that made it shallow for our full size suv. The second is that the Master bath water is plumbed backwards, so the hot water is on the right and cold water on left, same in that shower. EVERYTHING else was wonderful!

Amazing place to stay

This was our first trip to Missouri during fall break. We felt safe during our stay. Love the garage for parking. The house was so cleaned plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again and Shannon was an amazing host very quick to respond!

St Peters

The home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all that we needed. Weather was not good so we did not use the deck or the very large back yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the location is an easy drive to St Charles, St Louis and the Katy Trail wineries.
