🚗 Parking: The property features a private driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles total. St. Charles County regulations do NOT allow street parking, and the street is one-way in and one-way out. These rules are strictly enforced, so all vehicles must be parked in the driveways.

🐕🌳 Close to Wapelhorst Park. Just ~2.0 miles from our home for extra playtime, ~6–8 min drive 🚗 or ~40–45 min walk 🚶‍♂️. Dog‑friendly off‑leash areas for playtime and morning strolls 🐾☀️.
