The Space:
A fabulous garden stay at Beverley Apartments in the heart of the popular Dover Beach area, a few short steps from the St. Lawrence Gap – with restaurants, bars, and lively venues. Enjoy the best of both worlds in this relaxed and comfortable property with quick access to the best of Barbados' southwest coast, beaches and “the Gap” entertainment!
The apartment is loaded with old Barbados charm, high ceilings, wooden floors in some areas and two bedrooms for a comfortable stay near the beach. The master bedroom features two single/twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has two single/twin beds with the bathroom just in the hall.
The property was constructed in a way that takes full advantage of the prevailing winds, resulting in ample ventilation, although there are fans and air-conditioned bedrooms for your utmost comfort. And there’s a spacious, enclosed patio that offers an outdoorsy spot to enjoy the Bajan breeze!
Please note: there is another two-bedroom space at the property, and both can be rented at the same time to accommodate a group of up to 8. The backyard and gardens and the laundry room on site are shared areas with the other rental when occupied.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the laundry facilities with the other apartment on-site when occupied.
You will also have free access to the neighboring hotel's pool and gym facilities, ensuring a stay filled with relaxation and fitness opportunities.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a highly trafficked area on the popular tourist hot spot, St. Lawrence Gap, but set back enough for guests not to be disturbed. St. Lawrence Gap is steps away; famous for its fine restaurants, lively nightlife and good shopping, and less than a minute's walk to the beautiful Dover Beach.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), 10.4 km | 6.5 miles from the property.
Our recommendation is to rent a car. However, the property is accessible by public transportation (bus), and it is a three-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There are also taxis and private vehicle transport options.
Other Things to Note:
In order to access the property, we will require you to sign an agreement prior to your check-in and provide the following:
- ID picture
- Phone number
- Email address
We provide some toilet paper and soap to get you started. For all other items you need, you’ll need to purchase and bring them in with you.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No hosting parties/events, Illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise, especially after 10 pm, is not tolerated. We must be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during the stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours prior to check in. You can self-check-in by accessing the keys via the lockbox. We’ll provide the lockbox code upon arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
