The highlight of this home is the BBQ area and a perfectly clean and new, designer APT. Also just down the road, you will arrive at the famous Spinola Bay, where all the amenities are available.
Nothing like it on the market. Also included is strong WIFI and AC. Perfect for short/long stays.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with comfortable sofas where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest views on Maltese island. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.
Also included is a BBQ and a massive Terrace equipped with seating area, chairs and table.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom with 3 single beds.
Bathrooms| 1 bathroom which includes a shower.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

If you`re looking to explore the local neighborhood, many of the main attractions are within easy walking distance of our apartment. You can stroll to the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops, or take a leisurely walk along the stunning waterfront promenade.
If you`re looking to venture further afield, there are several transportation options available. The local bus system is a great way to get around Malta, with several bus stops located within a few minutes` walk of our apartment. You can purchase tickets at any bus stop or use a contactless card for easy payment.
Taxis are also readily available throughout St. Julian`s, with several taxi stands located in the area. If you prefer to drive, there are several car rental companies located nearby, and we can recommend a reliable and affordable option for you.
Finally, if you`re looking to explore the islands by boat, there are several ferry services available from nearby Sliema, including trips to the historic capital city of Valletta and the picturesque island of Gozo.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking: 1.
