Pavelló ParkCare de l'Hospital Riverside de St. Johns

Stay away from this property if you value safety, cleanliness, and comfort. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and falls short for the price. Main room: Nasty old dark rug with poor lighting and old, cheap tv. The bathroom: Caulk in bathtub was old and cracked. The faucet leaked so badly that my wife was forced to wrap a towel around it. Last, the rooms in this property are accessed from the outside like the motels of yesterday. I was impressed by the woman at the reception desk on check-in. Sadly, we had pre-paid for the room. Had we arrived earlier and without a pre-pay, I would have stayed elsewhere!

It was really disturbing when guests in the lobby were complaining about bedbugs found in their rooms. They were checking their luggage and hair and were completely grossed out. It made me question my room, as well. I quickly removed everything from my suitcases. I shook all of the contents.
