C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience.

My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be reviewed. ⸻ ⭐ Strong Warning Review This stay was not as advertised. I was directed to make payment outside the booking platform (Zelle/email) and taken to a different address during check-in. The property appeared to be a shared residence with people living there and there was no proper check-in process. I do not recommend this listing and believe it should be investigated.
