  • Coqui es una villa recientemente renovada junto al acantilado encaramada a 50 pies sobre las brillantes aguas azules de Pillsbury Sound con vista a St. Thomas. El nombre por el sonido hecho por San suavemente canto de las ranas de árbol de John, Coqui combina encanto de la isla y la comodidad moderna en una casa de vacaciones perfecto. The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

I loved this house. The view from the huge deck and pool looks out to St Thomas and you get a perfect view of the sunset. You get complete privacy and everything is well stocked and instantly comfortable. The Tesla generator was seamless because the power did go out unfortunately. The location is perfect, 6 minutes to town. Just note, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs which are only accessible from the outside. It worked perfect for our group, but would not work for small children. I hope to return very soon!

The pool was enjoyable all day long. We were pleased with the entry to the house. The driveway in front of the house is flat with a ramp leading into the front door. Made unloading luggage so easy.

Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy being outside as the birds were building nests on the house and were quite aggressive when we were outside. The home and outdoor furniture are quite tired and could use some updating. The furniture in the great room seemed new which was nice as we had to spend our time indoors. AC worked great!

Oh my goodness! We feel like the luckiest people in the world to have been able to find this gem! It was so perfect for our family of 6. The owners / management group thought of EVERYTHING! We had some good meals on STJ, but our favorite meal was when we stayed home and made a full BBQ shrimp taco meal and we had every tool and more! The views at sunset were amazing! Night swims were treasured! The morning shade and coffee on the top deck were dreamy! The primary suite upstairs is wonderful with double doors opening to the best view! The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but separate from the living space, which worked for our 4 young adults. If you can afford this place, it is such a treasure!

Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

Parking is tight but OK. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds.Fairly dark inside. My only complaint is that the "greeter" no longer helps transport my family or luggage to the car rental location.

Lots of cooking supplies just like a regular home. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were amazing. Spotless, professional and friendly management team, MAGICAL sunsets like we had never seen before, spacious, fabulous pool deck and pool, private and lush property, great road for long walks (hilly but not too hilly), close to town. We loved our almost two week stay here. It felt like home. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need, the grill is big and nice, high end washer and dryer for laundry. We have stayed all over the island and you really cannot beat the quick drive into town and the markets. Thank you for hosting us, Coqui!!

The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great spot for a sunset dip after a day of exploring the island - so many amazing places to spend time. Tips: Driving in from Cruz Bay, you will pass 2 grocery stores on the way to Coqui! Either can provide plenty of supplies to get you through the first few days. You'll want to explore some of the restaurants - every place we called was open to carry-out (and most were open for in-person seating, should you want that). We recommend a Jeep. The island has many steep hills, including the driveway to Coqui!We are already planning a return trip!
