"The rooms at the front of the property were near the highway. The street noise made it difficult to sleep or even relax. I was booked for 2 nights and when I asked to check out after one night, the manager quickly changed my room so it was quieter. He was concerned that I wouod not find alternative accomadations over the holiday weekend and at the last minute."

"The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty."

"Just got back from a stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Hagerstown, MD, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The staff was beyond great. From the second I checked in, everyone was so warm and genuinely helpful. They remembered my name, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered some really good local tips. You could tell they actually cared about making your stay nice. "The room was very clean, however, it is not senior friendly - no grab bars in the bathroom (no towel bars either). We had a first floor room, however, there are three steps (first is very steep) to go down which was an issue for my husband who has mobility issues. They allow pets, but no bags or trash container for clean up. Also appeared to be in odor in the hall."
