A beautiful first floor, two storey contemporary apartment enjoying stunning sea views across Porthmeor beach and out to sea. The property has been extensively refurbished to an extremely high standard and has on-site parking for one car.

A cool and sophisticated living area with captivating sea views await guests on this elevated first floor apartment. With uninterrupted sea bound vistas you’d be forgiven not to concentrate on the immersive 4K Plasma Smart TV and sumptuous leather-bound seating. Well-appointed window seating ensures further coastal gazing can be enjoyed on this hilltop location.

An open plan kitchen/diner with a sophisticated designer feel has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a breakfast bar feature too and comes fully equipped with all modern appliances including a filter coffee machine and integrated washing machine.

Upstairs you will find the two immaculately presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite dual head shower with rainforest and handheld attachments, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This room has stunning views across the rooftops of St Ives and beyond to the sea. The second good size bedroom has twin beds with equally pleasing maritime vistas.

A luxurious and eye-catching family bathroom features a stunning free-standing contemporary bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom on the second floor is en-suite and features a shower room.

This property comes fully equipped with its own dedicated car parking space. Additional NCP parking is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the property right next to the Tate St Ives.

The elevated position of this property overlooking the Tate St Ives, Porthmeor beach and beyond is it’s most redeeming feature without a shadow of a doubt.

The kitchen features an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Lavazza Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, oven, induction hob, microwave oven and a handy breakfast bar.

What they don’t tell you is this property is basically on a building site. You’re outside dining advertised balcony is not just unavailable as in the description Monday to Friday. It isn’t available at all. There are screws and building debris on the balcony. There was even a screw when I opened the washing machine. There’s a pile of towels in one of the closets on the floor which I took a photograph of. The property description is inaccurate, and the property managers never even told me that the balcony was completely unavailable. Why would you rent a place with a balcony overlooking water, offering an outdoor dinning experience when you can’t even set foot on it?

Location is very good for St Ives town centre. 3 different roads from the property take you towards the harbour. The property is well equipped, spacious and clean. Care is needed in respect of the parking offered with the property. The listing states a reasonably sized space is available, but what it does not mention is there is a space next door for the private flat located on the property and brick walls either side. This means that two cars can fit on the drive but you cannot get out of your car either side. Even a smaller car would struggle with the space provided when the neighbour is parked. A further frustration is that the allocated space was being used by local builders when we arrived at the check in time meaning we could not park. The public car park opposite can be used also but it is full mostly all day. Overall really nice property but be aware of the parking constraints.

We enjoyed our stay at the ideally located Jesse’s place. Minutes to the sea front on both sides. Great views from the bedrooms and front room. One of the best showers I’ve had at a rental property.

Enjoyed a wonderful week long stay within this property. The listing details are extremely accurate, the property is in extremely good condition and very clean with all of the facilities you would require for a self catering stay. The location is perfect with only a few minutes walk down into the shops and bars. There is a parking space but it is quite tight, we Only had a small car and it was still quite a struggle to fit the car on and allow space for the next car to the right hand side. However, having said that, having a parking space is a real bonus in Saint Ives! The property boasts a fantastic view from the front room window, across the car park and then down into Porthmeor Beach. From the twin room bedroom. The view is equally as stunning, but obviously slightly better as it is higher up. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the ensuite and main bathroom facilities were excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

Fantastic holiday in st ives!!!!

Fantastic property and location. Very clean on arrival and well equipped with everything you need and more, even down to the dog bowl & chairs for the beach. Lovely welcome pack of Cornish tea coffee sugar milk & biscuits was much appreciated ❤️ Only down side being that parking may be an issue as parking is for 2 cars and one of those is a permanent resident.

The location and sea view was excellent and was a perfect base for exploring St Ives.
