The photos of the outside really are true to the photo. Outside the property is beautiful. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy however you advertised a tv of the room we chose and there wasn't one. The kitchen appliances inside are very dated. Breakfast was tasty and chef Sheldon is a lovely guy! The hotel room was over price in my opinion. I wouldn't stay again.

This place is located in a mostly residential area, away from the tourist crowds and noise. the room was spacious with a kitchen. The pools were wonderful. There are several restaurants nearby with great food and service. We had a rental car which was useful to get around the island although driving around the island is an adventure in itself.

The receptionist was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Our stay was pleasant. The atmosphere was quiet but felt very safe. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place

Room was fully air conditioned which is rare on the island (usually just the bedrooms), a big plus. Clean and roomy. Pleasant staff. Not as luxurious as the photos depict. No elevator, tricky staircase, beware if you have disabilities. Because of holiday, the on site restaurant was closed for entire stay. Fridge broke down on day two. Oven door was missing, appears to have melted off! Overall it served our needs well enough.

Traveled with my wife and special needs kid visiting my older son who is attending med school on island. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff was really nice and very helpfull with any needs we had. There is beatyful beach only 5 minutes walk, if traveling to Grenada again Mandela Court would be place where I would stay again,

Everything was excellent! The ONLY thing I could say that may need slight improvement is the hot water. The shower never got above "warm". Would like to have had a hot shower. But despite the shower everything and everyone including Max was wonderful!! Thank you.

Rooms and grounds immaculately kept and fabulous and friendly staff, Janelle and Keisha, who responded immediately to any concern, such as the wireless. Perhaps provide clear directions to the location. Had to ask around and found it by luck.

We need a place with enough space for our family of four, but many accommodations we usually consider were fully booked. We typically stay at Mount Cinnamon or a villa. While Mandela offers some peace, we would never stay there again due to several issues: - **Wi-Fi Problems**: The internet connection was very unreliable, and we received little explanation. - **Leaking Ceilings**: Both bathrooms had leaking ceilings. - **Pest Issues**: We encountered a significant bug problem, and there was no follow-up from management. - **Inadequate Supplies**: Towels and toiletries were not replenished without us asking. - **Security Concerns**: The main door to the property did not lock properly, and even when it did, we couldn't access the property with the provided code. This meant that anyone could walk in, although the area is generally safe. Overall, it was a challenging 10-day stay, despite the property being in a calm area. I seriously considered leaving. My stay at Mandela Courts was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The highlight for me was the pool area—three different pools, so everyone, from kids to adults and even non-swimmers like my friend, could enjoy. If you love nature, this is definitely the spot for you. The garden is beautiful, and for content creators, there are plenty of great spots to capture stunning photos and videos. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything was well-maintained. The staff was also very helpful, and the location was easy to find. I celebrated my birthday there, and they really went the extra mile—I walked in to find my bed beautifully decorated with flowers and a thoughtful gift. It was such a nice surprise! I highly recommend Mandela Courts and will definitely be back.

Hotel was beautiful and quiet! Staff was so helpful and communicated greatly when we need anything! Just a few short coming. Storage space and hangers for 6 days of clothes, yet if you bring less there's a washer and dryer in rooms. Room had plenty of space. Wife had trouble with the lack of hotwater for showers, especially evenings. Our room didn't have walk-in shower separate from tub. No television with your personal smarttv apps, but staff helpful. If you're not a good walker getting to beach would be trouble. Swimming pool is two nice. Hotels non-accessible for handicap. Restaurant was closed for our stay. Because of staff helpfulness we would think about staying again some years later.

Beautiful site, nice rooms with vaulted ceilings. But there was no free breakfast, living room windows had no outside view, and there was pool side construction everyday. The first morning there was no running water - none!. This was fixed, but no hot water for 3 days. The on site kitchen cafeteria area was closed. So the place needs major work and focus before I would stay there again.

Good stay and location, but not an expected hotel

The location of the Mandela is close to the Prikley Bay Marina, a place with really great food, a fun bar, and a lot of different activities. The hotel itself is set up as a condo, which was unexpected from the descriptions and pictures. There is no front desk, the general manager is only in during certain times of the day (the cleaning staff let us is and we didn't speak with anyone for hours), and the room itself is structured as a live-in condo; complete with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. The room was spacious, clean, but not as comfortable or welcoming as anticipated. Would not recommend as a hotel option, as we stayed for only 1 night, but rather as a place to live for several weeks!

I want to be honest about my two-night stay. Since I was there for such a short time, I honestly did not get to fully enjoy everything the place had to offer, so I cannot say too much. Overall, I really do not have any major complaints. I understand this is an island, and I know things can be more difficult to maintain, so I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. The water was not hot; it was more like room temperature. One night we arrived around 12:00 AM, and I took a shower that was so cold I could barely stay in it, haha. Still, it did not ruin the experience at all. If anything, it is just one of those little things people laugh about later and eventually forget. The refrigerator was fine and quite clean, although the shelves were a little worn or damaged. The kitchen overall was good, but it could use a bit more attention. Some of the controls, knobs, and surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and appliances in general could have been cleaner. There was also low water pressure in the shower and sink, which was surprising because the bathtub had the opposite situation. Other than that, everything was very good for me. I would definitely come back to this place without hesitation. The things I mentioned are not meant to damage the image of the property at all; I just wanted to be as honest as possible. One more thing: for those of us coming from the U.S., having air conditioning is definitely a huge plus.
