This pet-friendly retreat offers exceptional beachfront living in the secluded St. George Island Plantation.

- Bob Sikes Cut, with fishing access, is a short 200-yard walk.
- Adjacent beachfront properties, Sea Chalet and Casa de Chill, are situated on the same street, ideal for accommodating larger groups.
- The home is situated in a community that offers both social events and personal privacy.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The home accommodates up to 10 guests.
- Fish cleaning station provided.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Nice beach, poor property.

THis property is very rundown and needs maintenance. Icemaker did not work on arrival and dishwasher never did clean the dishes. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned when we arrived and there was a full trash can by the toilet. I most likely will not choose this rental agency again. BTW, the last financial statement from this agency showed that i overpaid by ~ $30 but i've heard no mention of a refund. Poor business practices and poor communications with renters.

Belle Vue feedback.

-The registration process & check in was easy. The house was unlocked and open upon our arrival. we didn’t use keys until the second day when we went looking for them. - We had AC problems and thankfully the AC contractors kept us on their radar-the property mgr forgot about us. The AC had “frozen up”. -The refrigerator was problematic-water spewed from the dispenser and we had large pools of water frequently that was difficult for a guess who had just had knee surgery. Having said the, the elevator was a godsend! -The property was very far back in the plantations- it literally took us 12 mins or more to get out of the subdivision (not kidding).-which when you running out for ice etc..added significant time. -The houses are fairly close so you could hear the party house until late at night. -Next-door Neighbors renovating and using our garbage cans (paint cans/half full cans right after trash pickup) was problematic. The house needs more kitchen supplies (measuring cups etc). There was a variety of chairs/games/pool items for the kiddos. -House was clean -Ideally back stairs from one of the porches to the beach would have been nice. You have to go out the street side door then walk around house to access the beach. -I know mixes reviewed. Solid house with minor inconvenience.

Awesome vacation

The home is smartly furnished for a carefree vacation, Beds & furniture were very comfortable, and the seniors in our group appreciated the elevator. Now, add a very clean beach, a great view and this overall was a great week. Belle Vue has plenty of bedrooms and each has a TV but at night not everyone can watch TV due to system limitations. The pool was nice but was in need of a cleaning. Our family had a great time.

Great House!

We stayed at this house from June 3-June 10th 2018. This is my 5th visit to the island and first time at this house. The view is beautiful and the house is quite spacious. The kitchen is very large with plenty of space (however, the majority of the pots and pans are scratched up or old). We saw dolphins everyday and the walk to the beach was perfect. The grill worked out great for cooking food and there was plenty of refrigeration including another small one by the pool. The pool area wasn't screened in and the mosquitos were insane everywhere so we were never really able to use the pool. I wish it would have been screened in or at least one of the decks for us to be able to enjoy the view with the bug bites. I know the bugs are hard to control, but this house had about 10x more than I have ever experienced on the island. The house came with plenty of beach umbrellas (we left a few as well) and some paddle boards to enjoy the ocean and my family took advantage of them. The bedrooms were all decent size and for the most part worked out great other than a few of the shower heads could be replaced and one of the mattresses on the middle floor (2nd largest room) was extremely uncomfortable. I would stay in this house again and recommend it for sure, but I think the owners could spend just a little money on fixing up a few of the issues I mentioned and it would be a 5 star house!

Lovely property and beach!

The house was perfect in every way. The owners went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed including great beach chairs, bikes and a blender! Will be back.
