  • Welcome to Happy Everything, your perfect beach getaway on Saint George Island!

    This charming beach home has beach access right across the street, so you can be toes-in-the-sand in no time. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Walk to nearby bars and restaurants. Great for families, and yes, that includes the four-legged ones!

    We’re pet friendly, fur babies included.

    We have RV parking with 30 amp service.

    Fishermen are welcome, lots of space to park your boat.  

    We also offer a "Baby" package. We can provide high chair and portable baby crib with prior notice.

We enjoyed our stay! Parking was great and the beach was not far at all. House was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Will definitely rent again!

The host is wonderful to work with and the place is perfect! I had my whole family here and it fit us perfectly. Location is beautiful. People on the island are wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was cute, clean and in the perfect location! Check-in and out was seamless! We had the BEST time! Thank you so much for the memories! We hope to make this a yearly trip!

We had a wonderful time! A great view of the water. Just steps away from the beach!Love St George. Half a mile from The Blue Parrot Cafe. A must for lunch or dinner.The beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Beautiful little place! We will definitely rent again!

The property was great,well stocked, clean. The view from the front porch is spectacular to say the least. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The property is located in the middle of the island and can walk to all the eateries. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to come again.
