    Nestled among native Florida vegetation, this beautifully decorated and comfortable beach home provides privacy and seclusion with family and friends in a fantastic location steps from the white sandy beach, community clubhouse, pool, and bicycle/walking paths! Take a nap in the amazing hammock on the screened porch featuring beautiful teak furniture, or splash in the surf of the Gulf of Mexico and look for shells on the beach. Everything you need, including Island shops, restaurants and nightlife is at your fingertips.



    The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a screened porch, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and the shaded beach access path (located next to the home) allows for easy and direct passage to the sandy white beach!



    Stairs in the enclosed foyer provide access to the floors above. The first floor features two well-appointed bedrooms that share the east full bathroom. All bedrooms offer private access to screened deck areas. The second floor of this home offers a beautifully decorated open living/dining/kitchen area with sparkling Gulf views. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, (no cable streaming only), your group will enjoy making memories as you share meals together at the large farmhouse table. An additional three barstools are along the bar that separates the kitchen from the living area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare beachside feasts. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more!

The house is in a great location with direct access path to the beach. There is plenty of room, the kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking, the beds are comfortable and the outdoor decks were welcoming. One of my favorite aspects was the large windows surrounding the house.. the views were beautiful making it feel as if you were in a luxurious treehouse on the beach. The neighborhood of St George Plantation has lots of amenities and the secluded beach is definitely a plus.

Great visit to SHI

We had a great time. Wish I had booked directly with VACSA and saved the 300 Vrbo booking charge, especially since all the messaging was with VACSA.Would definitely go back.

A Minor Distraction

This house was very clean. It has a very short walk to the beach which was great with kids. The screened in porches make for a great extra living space.

Great week

We enjoyed this house with a well equipped kitchen. The big screened porches off second and third floors were so nice. We were a short walk away from the beach via a path next to the house. We used both community pools. Would rent agin if we come back to St George Is

Perfect Family Vacation Home

From the moment we reserved until the moment we checked out, everything was wonderful. Communication with the property management group, Vacasa, was clear and prompt. Upon arrival, we noted how clean and well-appointed the house was. The layout of the home was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, children). Such an easy walk to the beach made it nice for carrying what we needed. And, it was a quick walk back to the house if we forgot something. It was easy and convenient to cook meals at the house because of how well-appointed the kitchen was. We would def rebook for our next trip to SGI!
