Great place. Only negatives were the master fan only had one speed and the bunk room door was sticky. Everything else was great. Right next to the pool and hot tub!

Perfect for a family getaway

The house was very nice — comfortable & clean, with lots of space. Our kids enjoyed the games and the easy access to the pool & hot tub. Overall a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: this house worked great for the four of us. very quiet location, good amenities very close by. the one thing i would say is that every day you could hear the beep beep beeping of the heavy equipment across the two fairways from our location. I will say that the inside of the house is some what loud due to the hardwood floors, plenty of game to be played.

The place is well laid out and pretty much as described. I'd say it depends what you are looking for regarding your vacation/stay. We enjoyed and expected the flow of golfers going by, of course. But during our stay the clubhouse/pickleball/pool right next door was generally loud and distracting, when we were seeking quiet. We had people poking their heads over the fence to look into our yard, kids who brought along loud music to listen to while playing Pickleball, and typical to-be-expected kids splashing and screaming at the pool. This would be a great place for a family looking for easy access to the clubhouse/pool and those unconcerned with quiet. Other little things: there was lots of bird **** on the outdoor furniture that didn't look to have been cleaned in a long while, and there was some grub on the kitchen counter and hairs and bugs in the shower when we arrived. Not huge things but added up. Upgrades the owners might like to consider: serving bowls of some sort for the kitchen (there were only metal mixing bowls), and perhaps a small outdoor dining table so eating outside is more comfortable. We enjoyed the ping-pong table, the Pickleball supplies, and management was super nice and easy to deal with. Probably would stay in a different part of town next time, but happy we checked out this area. Don't miss Stone Canyon!! Beautiful.

This is a perfect place especially for a family. My husband and I were the only two there this time but we will be back with nieces and nephews in tow!

Very nice and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were two couples and three children in our group. The kids loved the bunk room and ping pong table. The adults enjoyed the house size, layout and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio looking over the golf course was lovely. We enjoyed using the community club house and hot tub, too. Overall, a great vacation!

Perfect Little Paradise

We frequent The Ledges when we visit St George due to its quiet and scenic setting. Of all the places we've stayed this one has been our favorite. The wide open floor plan is great for spreading out and the club house with the pool and hot tub is right next door! All of the bedrooms are spacious each with their own private bath. This place is at the top of the list for our next visit to St George.

This home was immaculate. Had games for kids and was tight next to community pool. We really enjoyed our stay. This was a brand new home.

College graduation trip

Our stay at the rental in St George was phenomenal. The house was very spacious and felt brand new. We cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed the games- ping pong, cornhole, basketball and asteroids during the extreme afternoon heat. The early morning hiking at Snow Canyon was spectacular. All in all a great house to stay.
