  • Pleasant View is a 3-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

    Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We loved our stay! The pool and pickleball court were nice and close, which we loved. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed!

This was a great space to gather with family and enjoy the hiking and other activities the area has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking breakfasts in. The deck upstairs was a great spot to hang out, and we loved how close the clubhouse was for a drink at the bar or dinner. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were all clean and nicely updated. We did a lot of laundry since one kid joined us from school and brought it with them- nice new high capacity washer and dryer and the provided drying rack made it easy to work through it all. We also contacted the property manager at one point with a question and they were super fast and friendly with their reply. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Amazing Family Getaway Spot

Our family really enjoyed the vacation home. Great pool for the kids and we even rented E-bikes from the Ledges about two blocks from the house!

Beautiful and clean

We loved staying here!!! The property was so well stocked with kitchen items and spices. Loved their play todays for pickle ball. So roomy and just beautiful. Lots of TVs and so many bathrooms! We will for sure stay here again.

Perfect location for being away yet being close to "things" but most importantly close enough to Zion that we didn't have to wake up incredibly early to beat the crowds. Everything we could’ve needed was supplied - 2 types of coffee makers, detergent, dish soap, plenty of tissues and toilet paper. The only thing I feel the house really needs is a non-stick pan. I cooked all except for 2 meals and the pans were impossible to clean (or supply steel wool).

Pleasant View at The Ledges is beautifully furnished and well maintained; super clean, spacious and comfortable. We could not have been more pleased with this home! It was very easy access into St George for my husband’s pickleball tournament. Fish Rock Grille, at The Ledges Golf Course, was a wonderful place to dine. Snow Canyon is a must see just up the road. We are looking forward to returning to St George and staying here again is a given!! Highly recommend!!
