In the centre of Polgooth, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of St Austell, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, 2 km from the river. Private: courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. Parking. Shop, grocery 550 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 750 m, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bicycle rental 5 km, pub garden 750 m, bus stop "Stoney Lane" 500 m, railway station "St Austell" 4 km, sandy beach "Pentewan Sands" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sports centre 4 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, fishing possibilities 5 km. Nearby attractions: The Lost Gardens of Heligan 7 km, The Eden Project 10 km, Mevagissey Harbour 8 km, Caerhayes Castle and Beach 15 km, Pinetum Gardens 6 km, Fowey Harbour 16 km.
