THE SKINNY: This sweet little 2 bedroom Vilano beach condo is situated in the treasured heart of Vilano Beach, a wonderful residential neighborhood with close proximity to the beach! Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs in the backyard and screened patio throughout the day. The screened in patio has an electric grill plus a patio dining table to boot! Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: A 20 minute walk to the walk-on beach access, 3 minute drive to the public beach parking, 5 minute drive to Publix, restaurants and all of the rental shops and a 10 minute drive into the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A and US1 are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail.
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 2 Kings and 1 Queen pullout sofa. The kitchen is equipped to service 6 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room has streaming apps and the bedroom TV's do as well, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. You can access Live TV with channels via the TV main menu.
THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 2/2 layout: FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom with King bed and access within the hallway to a bathroom with shower/tub combo. 2ND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM: 1 King bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. LIVING ROOM: Convertible sofa to a queen size bed.
AMENITIES: Screened in patio with garden view, electric BBQ and lounge seating. Laundry machines within the unit.
OPEN LIVING: The space is open so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, several trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: We have two spots directly in front of our unit outlined in white lines.
LAUNDRY: We offer laundry machines in the unit with starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 10-15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is a short drive to North Beach Park to park and walk on! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street in St. Augustine Beach or in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

To get to the beach, you must walk to the entrance of the neighborhood, turn right, walk on the grass along Coastal Hwy to the walk-on beach access opposite Third Street. You must cross Coastal Hwy to reach the walk-on access.
The Neighborhood: One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intracoastal"). Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minute drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!
Getting Around: We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
