  • Una hermosa vista desde esta vista al mar 2 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños casa de la ciudad tiene suficiente para dormir seis. Hay un baño convenientemente ubicado abajo. Está amueblado con un rey, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama. Hay dos televisores y un reproductor de DVD. Cocina totalmente equipada. La unidad tiene una lavadora / secadora y su propio acceso a Internet para guardar su teléfono en datos. LLAMADAS GRATUITAS A MÉXICO, CANADÁ, PUERTO RICO Y CUALQUIER LUGAR DE EE. UU. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, por lo que es cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

enjoyed the stay, but disappointed with the cost and quality

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the pools and ocean, but TV was useable at the beginning and no TV in the guest bedroom. cleaning cost too high, where the cleaner gets only $16/hour. $45 damage fee is absurd, before damage is done or no damage is done at-all.

Reviewer Comments: The unit we initially rented was ocean front , when we checked in we were informed that the reservation was changed by Summer house to another unit that was noticeably front . I did not receive notice of this change prior to checking in . The unit we were had was nice , but not what we expected

The most relaxing beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is the best place to stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach with your family. The grounds are neatly manicured and the pool is cleaned to perfection every day. It is obvious the outside grounds crew takes pride in their work. They pressure washed walkways, edged, and frequently straightened up in the pool area. All rooms are close to pool and beach so you can easily run up to your room whenever you need to. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there was a table and chairs for four people out there. Our condo needs some updating, (Paint, carpet replaced, bathrooms, updated decor) but it was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We already booked a condo at Summerhouse for 2022. I highly recommend it!

220 Beach Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the rental unit we had. It was comfortable and clean with plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. It was great to have heated pools to swim in and the water aerobic class was fun. There were lots of activities and one potluck that was delicious and a great opportunity to get to know other guests. The proximity to the beach was perfect, we went on many beach walks and did some fishing too, but not catching. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony too.

Great!

With just a few reviews on VRBO , we weren't sure what to expect. Overall, we were pleased and would book here again. Check in was easy and the front office staff was very friendly. The property is well kept and quiet. ample parking, beach access is great. Conveniently located to several parks/preserves, a little more of a drive to grocery and Downtown Historic St. Augustine, but we knew that going in. Just a few minor maintenence points (baths light bulbs were out, and a table lamp out) with the unit but it was well appointed and tastefully decorated; I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Girls trip

This was an amazing trip. The condo was right off the beach just a short walk. The sunrise was so beautiful. We really enjoyed our trip. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
