Family Spring Break at the beach

We enjoyed our stay! Easy walk to the beach, backyard perfect for badminton, and we enjoyed the open space. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beach and the friendly community.If we get back to Butler Beach will stay again.

We traveled here for my husbands birthday with our family members. It was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious and comfortable. I reached out to the host asking if there could be balloons in the kitchen to surprise my husband with when we got in. She not only got balloons, but also some champagne. It was so nice of her. Shannon responded super quick to all my communications with her. We had a great time.

Comfortable stay walkable to a beautiful beach

Nice, clean and well equipped home close to a beautiful beach. Conveniently located within a short drive from other area attractions and necessities. We enjoyed our stay here, especially spending time in the screened in back porch.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Beach Cottage. The home is clean, spacious, and in a great location. Close to restaurants, a short drive to parks, and of course the city of St. Augustine. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The beach drive on entries are close by, and we loved driving our Jeep along the beach. (Be sure you have 4WD or you can easily get stuck) Not far to walk to the beach either. Great experience with the property management and owners. We hope to be back next year!

Winter Vacation

Great location for touring St Augustine and points of interest south of Anastasia Island. The house was clean and had all the kitchen supplies for cooking meals at home including a crockpot!

Clean home in a nice neighborhood

This home is in a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and is close to many good eateries and not far from old town St Augustine.

This house was perfect for our stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Bedrooms were nice sized. Master suite was spacious with a king size bed. Great open floor plan and a screened in porch. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!!

We absolutely loved this house! The owners and the cleaner stayed in touch with us and made sure everything was just right. Close to the beach and St. Augustine, it was perfect for our needs.

Wedding weekend

We loved staying at this beautiful St. Augustine home. It was so easy for our family to use while coming into town for a wedding. Enough beds to house 8 people and plenty of space to enjoy the morning coffee at the table together. This house was so clean and had so many accommodations including chairs for the beach and towels. We loved our stay so much and are so thankful for this beautiful mini vacation.

Great family retreat

We visited family in the area and had such an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spotless, decorated very cute, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of things to do. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we especially loved spending time by the on the patio. Communication with the host was good and friendly. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot!

Girls’ beach weekend!

Two-night stay for family and friends celebrating 2 high school graduates! Location with short drive to beach is wonderful and house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities and accessories were great allowing us to eat in several times. Highly recommended!

Winter Getaway

This cottage is located in a quaint neighborhood tucked in between the beach and the Mantanzas River. It is very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. The owner and caretaker are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Location, Easy Check in

We loved this property. It was close to the beach and had everything you could want in a rental property. We were able to cook and treat the place like our own for the week. We had an issue with the house (it happens) and the property manager and owners got involved immediately and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing beach vacation.

Nice house for our short stay.

My only suggestion might be to add a pack and play for people traveling with young kids. It was a very nice house. I would rent it again. The beach across the street is beautiful.
