Located in Lincolnville / the historic core of St. Augustine, a short walk to Flagler College, the Castillo de San Marcos and the Plaza de la Constitución. The area has a strong local history (Lincolnville Museum and cultural sites), tree-lined streets, small galleries, cafés and restaurants. The vibe is historic and walkable with easy access to the waterfront, tourist attractions and nightlife in the historic downtown.

Walking is convenient for downtown attractions, museums and many restaurants. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), local taxis and private shuttles are commonly used for point-to-point trips. St. Augustine has limited fixed-route public transit (Sunshine Bus Company/local shuttles) and heritage/tour trolleys for sightseeing, but these are not as frequent as in larger cities. Renting a car is the most convenient option for beaches, state parks and trips outside the city. Short local bike or scooter rentals may be available seasonally.
