  • Hermosa unidad en el primer piso junto a la piscina ubicada en Sea Place. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene mucho que ofrecer para los huéspedes que buscan escapar a la playa.

    Lavadora / secadora apilable, área de cocina grande con todos los electrodomésticos, cama king size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. El salón también tiene un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Se ha agregado un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas a la sala de estar y se ha agregado una nueva pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas al dormitorio principal.

    El condominio cuenta con internet inalámbrico para su conveniencia.

    El condominio está a menos de un minuto a pie de la playa.

    Ubicado junto a la carretera costera A1A, este condominio recientemente remodelado de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños ofrece la comodidad de vivir en la playa. Impresionantes vistas al mar desde salón y dormitorio principal. Las comodidades, como el centro de entretenimiento de alta definición, el patio cubierto, la cocina de servicio completo y la lavadora / secadora hacen de esta residencia el ambiente casual costero por excelencia. Condo también cuenta con:

    • Cómodo sofá cama de tamaño completo para 2 personas adicionales.
    • Cable y WiFi

    Afuera, relájese en una piscina frente al mar o pasee por las arenas doradas. Canchas de tenis, racquetball y canchas de básquetbol en el lugar, así como también un modesto gimnasio. Campo de golf cercano. Otras comodidades incluyen:

    Si su brújula apunta hacia excursiones de un día, los famosos parques temáticos de Disney, SeaWorld, Universal y Busch Gardens están a poca distancia en automóvil.

Great complex

Very nice condo...close to the beach and pool..clean with everything you need for a great vacation..not far from downtown St Augustine and a short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful time.

Wonderful trip

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We really loved the idea of being able to walk out the back door and go straight to the beach. The location was very convenient for any shopping we wanted to do in town. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Had a lot of fun and awesome memories.

Overall had a great time. Pool and beach is in close walking distance. Beach was beautiful especially early morning sunrise. The condo could use a little updating but everything was clean and spacious. Everything in working order. Check-in and out was hassle free.

VERY outdated and dirty

I had hoped to avoid this but after several ignored attempts to speak to someone at the rental company and no response from the owners, I feel I must warn potential renters so they do not have the same experience we did. The photos online did show what looked like somewhat outdated furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms. I have ZERO problem with outdated but I expect cleanliness. This unit was filthy. Mold in the guest bath, mold in the coffee pot, mold on the dirty dish sponge that was left for use in the kitchen, sheets so thread bare they had holes in them, fingernail clippings in the bathroom, dust and water stains everywhere. Electric outlets in bad shape -- few of them would hold a plug. Utensils with dried up food, dishes with food stains, back-splash behind kitchen sink with dried up food splatter. A toaster missing pieces that sparked a flame upon use - definite fire hazard. Outdoor furniture so dirty and rusted that we couldn't lay a beach towel down as it was stained with rust. The couches were stained, dirty, and had a foul odor. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered in a rental property. I feel certain they are the original mattresses purchased upon the build of the condo. The neighborhood itself was fine - clean and perfectly situated on the beach. Because we were there for such a short amount of time and in an attempt to teach my kids that sometimes you have to make the best of a bad situation, we pushed through. I chose to wait until we left to try and address the issues we encountered so we didn't have to use precious vacation time on phone calls or having cleaners in and out of the unit. We chose to leave a day early as we couldn't sleep in those beds again. After delivery of the key to the rental company, all emails have been ignored. I had hoped they would be reasonable and consider returning at least a portion of our cleaning fee, as it was clear that it was NOT cleaned. Hopefully this negative review will get someone's attention, but not counting on it.

This property served all of our needs. However, there were a couple issues - the sliding glass door was not sealed properly & we had a few spiders as visitors. Overall it was a good stay.

short get away

My daughter and her two sons, age 4 and 6, joined me for a short get away. Our room was the perfect location for 2 active boys to play. The room was on the ground floor, nice grass area, and a quiet location. The pool is close and we had a short walk to the beach. Sea Place is an older condo. I do say that everything seems to be well kept. Great 3 night get away. I can't wait til I can return.

Nice getaway

The only thing I can say bad about this unit is that it could use a little TLC. It needs a little face lift to upgrade the place. Over all we were very satisfied with the unit.

Great Place!

It was awesome! We have been coming to Sea Place for over 30 years as a family, and this condo was perfect. Views were incredible, place was clean, and everything went great! Thanks so much, will definitely stay again!
