  • The ideal beach vacation, this 3,500 SF, 4/4.5 home leaves nothing to be desired. It features a state-of-the-art kitchen with a 6-burner Viking gas stove, in addition to two levels of wraparound porches totaling an additional 1,400 SF, all featuring breathtaking ocean views. This home features two main en-suites, a chef's kitchen, and a dedicated office area. Beach access is steps away with a boardwalk less than one block from the home.

My family and I truly enjoyed this House. Ideally situated with walkway to beach and ocean views from every balcony. The house was clean and designed perfectly. Having the basic essentials already supplied was an added bonus. Thank You Justin for such personalized care!

Beautiful house! Very accommodating bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to the beach access. Quiet area on the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Working with Justin was a dream come true. He was very responsive with detailed information and very gracious in answering my multiple questions. The house was as described, fit my family’s needs, and was well prepared with everyday items you use at home. The walk to the beach is short and easy. Book a week, you won’t be disappointed! Janie

Our family stayed here for Spring Break 2026. This property was GREAT! It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, laundry, garage (beach items), etc. There is ample storage space and plenty of room for entertaining/gathering. The wrap around decks provide good views of both sunrise and sunset and everything in between. The proximity to the public beach access is fantastic and it's an easy/quick walk to a relatively quiet part of the beach. We will definitely reserve this property again in the future and highly recommend it.

The linen closet and day to day supplies is worth 5 stars alone! This is the first place I've stayed that actually provided more than 2 trash bags and a roll of toilet paper for the week. Amazing house, that is perfectly located near all the things. Host is great at communicating and answered all my silly questions. Has beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, everything needed for a beach day. As a family of 10, this house was the perfect size. We were not on top of each other. Lots of space to wonder off and be alone. You will not be disappointed if you book this house.
