Whether you are visiting St. Augustine Beach on a business trip, a romantic getaway with a special someone, or enjoying a family trip— The Conch Shell townhome is the perfect place for you! Decorated in soothing greys, creams, and blues, this tranquil oasis will quickly become your favorite beachside vacation spot.
Property Information: This townhouse is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own balcony, allowing for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds. Every sleeping area has a television, and there's lightning-fast wifi throughout the home. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.
Best of all... Dog friendly -- bring up to two dogs, and they are allowed on the beach! Additional Pet Fee Required

Our stay was from Dec. 24 - 29. The info above is incorrect. Pet friendly, great location. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, mattress on master bedroom should be replaced and the carpeting in same room can use a deep cleaning. Overall it was a good place and it was safe.

Beach vaca 2025

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was well stocked, loved the washer and dryer, beach chairs, grill and how close it was to pool and beach. Would recommend they shampoo the carpet since pets are allowed there was some lingering pee odor on the steps. I just put out a bowl with baking soda to help absorb the smell. Otherwise great place to stay close to many things within walking distance. Will be back!

Disappointed

The rental was dirty and in poor condition. Our Host did quickly respond to my email the next morning and sent a plumber that afternoon to fix the clogged shower and some other issues. She offered to send housekeeping but I had already spent hours cleaning dishes, washing sheets and towels and vacuuming and didn’t want to wait around any longer for them to show. After expressing my dissatisfaction she did credit me the cleaning fee. It was just a disappointing way to spend the first two days of my vacation.

Older property older pools, but great location. Only concerned would be if you had an elderly parent or grandparent. This property would not work no handicap access to the ocean but overall we had a great time.!!

Spring Break

The management company was awesome, quick to respond and did a great job overall. Property location was perfect. We took our golden retriever - she loves the beach. The property allowed dogs, but they are very restricted to where they can go - signs everywhere not allowing them on the grass. Unit was outdated - but was clean and served us well. We had a great week.

Amazing Location and Amenities!!!

This property was even better than the photos! Everywhere else I’ve stayed, I’ve always had to walk quite a ways to the beach (even if the property was “on” the beach.) Not here! At this property, you are steps from the boardwalk that takes you right to the beach! You also get to walk out of your sliding door and the pool is right there. The garage is amazing to hang wet clothes and store beach toys! Owner even proceed an umbrella and beach chairs for use. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook and the Publix a mile down the road was great for us to get groceries! Extremely thankful for a pet friendly place that was so nice, relaxing, and had everything we needed for an amazing weeklong vacation!

ST. Augustine condo at the beach

Loved that we could bring our dog to this condo. Very convenient location to restaurants. Short walk through complex to beach. It was unusually cold when we were visiting and pools were not heated. The property is in an older complex that is well maintained. This unit needs some updating but had what we needed and felt clean. Loved that we could park right in the garage.

Extremely clean and comfortable townhouse, pool below average

Location is perfect, everything in the townhome was in perfect working condition. More than enough, good quality linens were provided. Everything you need for food preparation and fun at the beach was provided. The decor was casual and beachy. The furniture was in excellent condition. Another plus was the garage, felt safe and secure. The only negative was the pools... the pool located closest to the beach was closed and green. The other pool was open and the pool water was clean, the chairs and tables surrounding the pool were old and covered in what appeared to be mold. A retired person who resides year round on the property stated the one pool had just recently reopened and was frequently closed. He stated the other pool had been closed for a very long time. I enjoy the beach but 2 closed pools would have been a deal breaker for me. If the pool is not your thing then this is a perfect place to vacation.

It was ok but I’ve stayed at better locations

The unit itself could use some updates. Be sure to bring extension cords and fans. Warmer upstairs and not enough outlets. Beds were comfy. Pool was closed the entire visit due to repairs. Disappointing. Check on that before booking. Ceiling looked as if it were about to burst in spots such as guest bedroom upstairs and over dining room. Guest bedroom balcony is rotted. Needs replacing. Lighting flickered and was inconsistent in kitchen and dining room. That’s electrical and should be looked into asap. Couch needs to be replaced. Sinks terribly. Loved the garage but the trade offs weren’t worth it. It was a new experience and they allowed our pups. That’s the only reason we booked it. Doubt we will be back. Hoping for a partial refund due to the pools closing. For the price you could certainly find a better location and accommodations. We left a day early. It’s always a chance you’re taking when booking these places. Always read reviews. Cleaning service did a great job though. It was very clean.

Not as Advertised

We were looking forward to a few days just steps from a heated pool. The proximity to the was important in choosing this property because one person in our party is legally blind. The pools were closed and have been for months due to someone getting shocked in one of the pools. We weren't informed about any of this. The morning of the day of our arrival, we were told the pools were closed for maintenance but one would likely be opened the next. We were lied to and, basically, defrauded.

Wonderful relaxing property feet away from the beach. Beautiful.

We had a very relaxed stay with our Labrador Retriever at this property. It is amazingly well stocked. You dont need to bring a thing. It has some small repairs it could use and a little TLC in some areas but nothing that affected our stay. We will try coming back to this unit when in this area again.

Great rental!

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and there were lots of extra linens and towels which I appreciated. We were right near the pool, and this was in a great location, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The best part was that it was pet friendly! We definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a great location

The whole experience was smooth and stress free. The house was clean and well equipped. It is a quick walk to the beach which was why we chose it. It is also an easy drive into downtown. I would recommend this to friends and family!

Great location, fantastic communication

We stayed here for a week. The unit was clean. We checked in on a Saturday and the property manager was very responsive to my inquiries even though it was the weekend. Overall a wonderful experience!
