We enjoyed the stay and felt right a home. The beach access was great and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. A few thing I would mention is the toaster needs to be tossed - it is rusted inside of it, really bad and one side the little tray that holds the bread is broke - so you had to unplug it and put a fork or knife inside of it to grab the bread. The floors in the kitchen and table area were filthy - we had to wear shoes the whole time or our socks because our feet turned black. We had no hot water in the downstairs bath for showers and the sink in the kitchen had no hot water yesterday and this morning - hit and miss the main shower. The very first day we had no issues with the water, weird. The ice maker is making this really weird knocking noise when we came back one evening - we were spooked but had to turn off the ice maker to make the noise stop. We would probably rent it again and would ask if the above issues were addressed. Cute place

Perfect community to get to the an almost empty beach. Walking distance to mini golf, coffee, and restaurants. Clean with everything we needed. We www able to check in early and sunshine realty was very responsive:)

Great place, very beachy look and feel. Lots of space for families. Love the top Deck to sit and relax on. Outdoor shower was so great after a full beach day. Love how pet friendly the community was too!

Perfect beach house

This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back!

Great for dog moms and dads

Visited St Augustine as a family of 5 with our two French Bulldogs. Great location to spend some time there in the summer. We have been there in December mostly to visit the old town so had to accept a little of a drive. We still enjoyed the stay - very quiet and kind of empty-ish at that time of the year. Enough space and well equipped.
