Condo was great size for a couple wanting to come to the beach for a vacation. Room was clean the only thing I would change is curtains on the bedroom window.

A nice quiet place to spend time near St Augustine. The studio room was comfortable. All of them face the ocean. The property is well maintained. There is some construction/renovation going on so it will be even better soon I guess. The rooms have well stocked kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. You can just get down and walk across a small pier to the beach which is nice and clean miles up and down. You can watch sunrise from the room. There is laundry on the site. The prices are very affordable. We didn't bring our dog but he would have liked it. Pets are allowed which is another plus point.

Great condo. Great views. Was quite disappointed that the neighbor below us played his music loud past midnight and smoked marjuana both nights we were there. We were unable to enjoy the balcony views after dark because of his disregard for others.

The room was very nice and clean, right on the beach just like we wanted! Private boardwalk access & pool as well. Loved our stay will definitely be going back.

The unit 415 was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. Very convenient parking and ramp to the elevator. Perfect view and the balcony is open enough for the view but private and enclosed enough to sit out even during a hard rain. AC worked perfectly and the ceiling fans added to the comfort. Easy access to the beach and a big beautiful pool along the way. Very nice touch to have the two outdoor showers to rinse off from the beach. We will be back.

I booked this condo last minute in hopes of a short escape from reality. Between the general craziness of this past year, my job as an ER nurse, and my father's recent cancer diagnosis, I needed a few days of serenity to re-center and recharge. This condo gave me exactly what I needed! I booked the night before I was to check in. The booking process was easy and I had great communication from the owner. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. As soon as I opened the door to the condo, I knew I had picked the perfect location! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was beachy without the "loudness" of some beach decorations. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and I loved that there were tv's in both rooms. There was also a dehumidifier in the living room which helped a lot to prevent the dampness often felt in condos on the beach. The view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing! The condo did have a one beach chair, which was perfect for me, but if you have more than one person, you might want to bring a few more. I did not bring any pets, but I noticed that the condominium complex and beach in general were both very pet friendly. There were several dogs on the property, but I never heard any barking. The wooden walkway across the dunes to the beach was picture perfect. The beach was not crowded eventhough it was spring break season. There were also several good restaurants close by and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. My few suggestions would be to put an instruction card by the dehumidifier and to add some type of non-skid strips in the bathtub. There is a grab bar in the shower, but the floor of the tub is very slick. I cannot express how happy I was with this condo and surrounding beach area. It gave me exactly what I needed to relax, re-center, and prepare to jump back into the real world. I can't count the number of times I said, "I found the perfect beach" over the past 3 days. I will definitely return to this condo!

The room was supposed to be ready @ 4. We arrived early & were told we’d be called when the room was ready. By 4 pm no one had called so I went to the office, checked in & went to the room. The maid was still there & only about 1/3 of the way done. We waited outside with our stuff (and dog) for 45 minutes for them to finish so did not get into the room until 5. We were refunded a small amount for this. However the room was NOT clean. There was dog hair everywhere (including the bed sheets). The room had a strange smell & we later opened the microwave to find half of a microwaved meal that was not ours. The AC is also a window unit & smelled like mildew. The beach access & view are nice & the pool is heated & nice. There are no convenience items provided, so please be sure to bring chairs, towels & extra blankets if you think you may want them.

Very clean and quite. Probably my new favorite beach. It was just my husband, small dog and myself. Tight through hall/kitchen for passing. Bathroom was tiny. Overall clean and great place to stay.

My mom and I decided (on a whim) to visit the beach this past week. We arrived and had a seamless check-in process before proceeded to our unit. Upon entering we were greeted by lovely decor and a unit stocked with everything we may need while in town. As we leave today, we are already looking to plan our next visit!

Perfect getaway for a couple with their pup. Traving with your pup iis not always easy, but we had a great stay. The accommodations were nice, clean and great view of tje ocean. Pool was nice but, spent most of the time on the dog froendly neach. Close and easy access yo beach.. this eas a great dyay!

Nice and clean! Small but perfect for 2. We took the trolley tour and enjoyed it. Two good restaurants across the street. Also, we ate at Famous Oasis, Harry's and Aunt Kate's. We'll be back for another visit!! P.S. Bourbon balls from the distillery are awesome:)
