  • Situado en la isla de Anastasia, este 2Bdr / 2Bth es una espaciosa unidad de 1050 pies cuadrados en el segundo piso, a pocos pasos de las 2 piscinas y el acceso a la playa. Recién remodelado con encimeras de granito, gabinetes a medida, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y baños. El dormitorio principal tiene vista a la piscina, con cama King size, 2 mesas auxiliares, vestidor grande y un gran armario. El baño principal tiene una ducha con azulejos. El segundo dormitorio está en frente de la unidad con dos camas individuales, vestidor y TV, con un gran armario. Segundo baño tiene bañera y ducha con armario de ropa. El área de la sala de estar es espaciosa, con sofá seccional, mesas, televisor y mesa y cocina de alta cocina. Tiene vistas a la piscina climatizada y canchas de tenis y la playa está literalmente a 1 edificio de distancia con otra piscina en el paseo marítimo cerca de las dunas. Dondanville Rd. ofrece acceso directo a la playa, al igual que Ocean Trace (unas pocas cuadras al norte). Conveniente para una tienda de comestibles Publix (.5 millas de distancia) y muchos restaurantes a poca distancia. Tendrás todo lo que necesitas cerca, para unas vacaciones relajantes y llenas de diversión. El Ocean Village Club está ubicado entre el canal intercostal y la playa, con el centro histórico de St. Agustín a solo 15 minutos.

We had a fantastic stay at here! The location on is great with easy private boardwalk access to the beach. We loved the two pools, the clean and well-equipped unit, and being so close to grocery stores and local restaurants. It was a safe, quiet, and perfectly relaxing beach retreat. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! Definitely recommend this property! The community was clean and quiet! Parking is so easy and close to unit. The two pools were perfect! The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful! The water hose off station & gazebo was so convenient. The condo is gorgeous and comfy! It had everything we needed. Great location too-close to everything! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We loved how close to the pool and ocean we were. Condo was super nice and clean. Owners were kind and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay so much will be back.

Great location, beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The condo complex has nice amenities and the beach is awesome! It was a great place for a couple of senior snowbirds to spend part of the winter.

Beautiful condo perfectly located for beach vacay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is beautifully remodeled, very clean, beds are very comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach and pools. Great for families :) We would absolutely come back! Thanks Ashlen for being a wonderful host!

Cute condo - close to everything

We stayed at this site because my family was celebrating my brother’s 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is appointed nicely & the furniture, beds were comfortable. The walk to beach is easy. Check-in & out were smooth. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable for a 2nd floor condo. In excellent shape with basically everything you need. Location is wonderful and the breakfast/ Lunch diner within walking distance is nice.(Connleys) I would recommend this unit to you all!

Great condo & amenities!

We loved our stay. Not only was the condo nicely decorated and comfortable, it was fully stocked, right next to tennis courts and the pool. The pool's water is like bath water! The beach is literally a 5 minute walk! Great place to stay! Diane

Relaxing Winter Getaway!

We love the area in St Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, where this Condo is located. It is just steps away from the beach with it's own private entrance, as well as 2 pools on the property. The gated complex is well maintained. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The 2nd floor condo was recently renovated and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owners are just a phone call or text away should you have any questions or issues.
