  • With one of the best views at Ocean Village Club you have a perfect view of the beach side pool and ocean view all in one. Ocean Village Club is a family-friendly resort with all the amenities you could ask for.

    From the moment you enter our beautifully decorated condo you will know you made the right decision. The living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa and love seat situated in front of your own large flat screen TV. So sit back and watch your favorite game or movie. Remember, you’re on vacation.

    Connected to the living area is the dining room, with both a table for 4 and a breakfast bar with comfortable bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked and upgraded. It is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and anything else you could possibly need. You will enjoy cooking a wonderful meal for the family or just popping something into the microwave.

    The condo is also equipped with your own washer and dryer. So no need to take those wet and sandy beach clothing home, just wash and dry them before you go and then you will not have to worry about when you get home.

    And while the living area of our condo is pleasant and well furnished, it's the sleeping areas that matter most on a vacation. That's why we're out to ensure you have the most relaxing and comfortable night’s sleep possible with luxurious beds and convenient bathrooms.

    The master suite has a large king-size bed, bed side reading lamps, and flat screen TV. Decorated in cool white and pale blue, this room is guaranteed to tempt you into sleeping late! The master suite also has its own full bath with walk-in shower. All of the towels, as well as the linens, blankets, and pillows, are provided.

    The second bedroom has matching twin beds. It’s a great place for the kids and is convenient to the second bath.

    Ocean Village Club is an oceanfront resort with 2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter, and the other -- right outside your balcony with an ocean view), tennis courts, car wash station, and shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, covered picnic area with BBQ grills, a lending library, a guest computer, and a large event room for special parties and gatherings. The clubhouse also has free WIFI Internet and comfortable seating to sit back and relax in. Ocean Village Club also has a private beach access which is located right by the beach side pool.

    ** BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY ** - One Pet Only Per Unit, with an additional pet fee of $200 plus tax - The following breeds are not allowed on Ocean Village Club Property: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Bull Terrier (American Pit, Staffordshire Pit, American Staffordshire and Mixed Breeds of Pits are included), and Chow ** No cats.

Leap year trip

3rd time staying at Ocean Village. First time with our dog. Very nice condo for one that allows a dog. Great location to pool and beach.

Nice Condo

Location is perfect if you just need a clean 2 bedroom place on the beach. Unit is a little dated (countertops/fixtures/Cabinets). All in all it worked out fine for our family and we had no issues.

nasty and dirty

this condo had black stuff all over the toilet it was never cleaned the kitchen was dirty as well never cleaned. I took pictures of the toilet seat which was not fixed/cleaned until3 days after i called it in to the rental company.

Mildew maybe Mold

This listing claimed to be “updated” which means renovated. It is NOT. The only updated things we could see were new tile in most of the unit (gross old carpet otherwise) and a new stove. We are assuming the floor is new because of some type of leak or flooding that happened recently. The twin bedroom reeks of mildew/mold, as do the bathroom cabinets. The furniture in the room should’ve been thrown out because it smells so bad. I made everyone live out of their suitcases for the week There were kind enough to include two dehumidifiers in the unit that we used all week. We emptied them several times a day. I tried to contact the manager and got no response. We stuck it out, but now the kids are sick. On another note, there were no kitchen towels or spare bedding for sofa sleeper. This place should not have been listed for rentals. If they had used a professional service to clean up the damage like ServPro - they would probably not be on here yet.
