  • Welcome to Anastasia Lodge!

    Tucked away in a peaceful beachside neighborhood just steps from the ocean, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath Florida cottage offers over 1,790 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room to unwind. With a split bedroom layout, you'll enjoy added privacy. Anastasia Lodge features Wi-Fi and cable, with a large flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after exploring the Nation's oldest city. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids or a furry friend (up to 45 lbs, $200 pet fee) to play, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway.

    Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

    The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

    * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
    * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
    * 1 Paper Towel Roll
    * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
    * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
    * Dishwasher tabs
    * Laundry Soap
    * Several Kitchen Trash Bags
    * New Sponge
    * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

    Minimum Rental Age is 25 Years Old
    Check-In 3:00-5:00pm, Check-Out 10:00am

The place was perfect. Large bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The yard was amazing and relaxing with more than enough room for our dogs to explore. The location was within walking distance to everything you could want.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to everything else we wanted to do near St Augustine. The house is spacious and had a large, private, fenced in yard for our dog which was awesome. It was nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants and a short drive to historic downtown. Being able to park in the dedicated driveway in front of the house was nice too. I highly recommend for location and space.

An Enjoyable Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard was perfect for my 2 littles to run and play. It was spacious enough for us to spread out after a long day to relax and a very close walk to the beach. There were a few lizards/bugs in the house but it wasn’t too big of a deal - it’s Florida after all.

July 4th getaway

The property was fabulous! My daughter’s little dog enjoyed the backyard and the short walk to the beach. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room for dining and socializing! Loved the property and will be definitely booking again !!!

Perfect Location

This was our 2nd time renting the house. We love how comfortable and clean it is, and it’s equipped with everything we need. The location is great, we walked on the beach every day and also could walk to several good restaurants and a little store. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location and clean!

House is in a fantastic location. A very quiet neighborhood in the middle of everything, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The house is a little dated but it was so clean that more then made up for it. The property manager was easy to deal with and was really fast to respond to any questions. The huge fenced in yard was great for our dog. We would definitely stay here again especially if traveling with our dog.
