Important Note: The pool heater is set to 82 degrees; during colder weather, the pool heaters may not be able to maintain this temperature, but they will be on. Decked Out is designed for families seeking pleasant, quiet enjoyment and is not rented for large parties, ensuring a peaceful holiday for all.

Good property

The only issue i have was the pool, I rented the property mainly because the pool was heated but that never happened,they say the heater was on but it wasn’t ,the house in general was very good and the neighborhood was perfect too.

Fall Getaway

We have stayed in this property before and it is very well-equipped and comfortable. On day 1 of our stay this visit, our water heater broke. We were immediately offered a new water heater installation the next morning OR an immediate move to a property nearby with equal (or superior?) amenities. We were very impressed with managements response to the problem! Thank you.

Excellent!

We had a fantastic time! Easy walk to the beach and the home is just as listed. Everything was great. No one slept well, we all thought the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the outdoor umbrella for the patio table was broken, and it was much too hot to sit without some shade. Those were just minor inconveniences. Overall, it suited our needs perfectly!

Doesn’t get better than this

My husband, daughter and 2 grandkids had a fabulous week here. Located on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk and you’re on beautiful Crescent Beach. Even on weekend the beach was not crowded. Lifeguards on duty during day. The beach cart was a life saver. There were chairs, umbrella, toys as well which are great since we flew to St. Augustine. The pool was crystal clear. The backyard landscape with flowers, statuaries and lighting made you feel like you were swimming in your own little oasis. Screened in porch with swing and fan was perfect when watching kids in the pool. Coffee & sunrise on the crows nest, which has high top table & chairs, was the perfect start of the day. Entire home was immaculate. Each room is cutely themed and inviting. We love to cook in together and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Sunday the microwave stopped working. I sent Sunshine Realty a “non urgent” email Sunday evening. Unexpectedly, we received a response Sunday night letting us know a new MW would be dropped off next day. We Vrbo 5-6 times a year and have never had better over all communications from management. They EM Monday telling us when someone was going to come and the person’s name. Check-in and out easy. Lots of attractions nearby for kids, even did a day trip down to Kennedy Space Center. We won’t hesitate to reserve again next time we do a beach week vacation.

Great location, issues with AC, slow response

Close to beach. Great pool. AC went out twice. Neither time was management in a hurry to help. The 2nd time they were notified and waited all day while we were out and about and didn’t start trying to locate someone to fix it until we got home and had to sit in heat miserable. They often had to be called back by us for updates cause nothing was happening to fix it. We were very patient and understanding and it felt like that was taken advantage of.

We loved staying here. Close to Old Town, Publix and within walking distance of several restaurants. Comfy beds, beautifully decorated home with a fully equipped kitchen. Great pool and screened porch. 4 bikes, plenty of beach and pool toys for kids. This home had everything we hoped for! Highly recommend.

The Last Hurrah before school

We enjoyed the house. It was well maintained and decorated. The pool was perfect for the our kids and equipped with pool toys for entertainment. The roof top deck gave us a birds eye view of the sunset. Just a short walk time the beach and we could enjoy all the beach stuff we could carry. Thanks for a great weekend.

Incredible Property - Attention to Detail - Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. No detail has been left unaddressed. From great towels to wonderful pool accessories, this home is just terrific. Two blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood with a very private pool and an amazing two story deck, we were completely satisfied with our stay. This property is well managed by Sunshine Realty. They communicate well with you and the home is immaculately clean when you arrive. We will stay here again.
