Apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos baños, muy cómodo y acogedor, en el segundo piso, en un pintoresco vecindario agradable. Muy cerca de hermosas playas de arena blanca, tiendas, muchos restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. Puede estacionar su automóvil y no volver a usarlo si lo desea. Estacionamiento privado fuera de la calle. Amigable vecino de abajo. Precioso barrio exuberante!

We enjoyed our stay. It's cute, spacious, and conveniently located to many things that we wanted to do. The host was quickly responsive to all communications.We would stay there again, I would also recommend it to friends.

The property is great! We loved it. Def will be going back. Easy access to beach, restaurants and walking distance to mini golf and ice cream. Thank you again for another great holiday.

This was my third visit to this same apartment. I love the location, it’s always clean, it feels very safe, and they’re very gracious aboutdogs. I do think the furniture could stand to be updated a little in the living room. But that will not keep me from staying there again.

Outstanding. We really enjoy staying here. We are a repeat renter. The unit is very very clean and doesn’t smell. The only on going issue is the cleaning service doesn’t clean under the beds. Animal pet hair and dust balls. We leave the unit as clean as we rented it. We will definitely will stay here again, great location and nice neighborhood, outstanding fire department station 7 and police department.

Best Anniversary Trip.

We had the best time. The location was phenomenal. The condo was precious and perfect for a beach getaway.

This was our second stay at one of Len & Kristy’s properties. The location is great, it is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained. The kitchen has lots of supplies. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

Winter vacation

Wonderful place. Accessible to many restaurants & can’t say enough about the gorgeous beach. Third time we’ve stayed. Going back next year.

Great Spot

Clean, good location close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. Kitchen was bigger than many other beach rentals and had plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils as well. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s close to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood is very dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again. Next time, I’ll use the bug spray in the closet!

Great stay in St Augustine

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect spot. The location was great and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very responsive when we did need to reach out. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Communication with owners was excellent. The apartment was true to its pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable location. Absolutely perfect easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and activities very nearby. We will definitely come back.
