Charming Cottage In St. Augustine Historic District

  • After spending some time in St. Augustine, our family fell in love with the city and wanted our own piece of this historical gem. While we’d love to enjoy our charming cottage year round, “real life” calls in another state and we’ve decided to share it with others.
    Located in historic downtown St. Augustine, close to the hustle and bustle, but nestled in a peaceful neighborhood called Lincolnville, this vacation rental is waiting for your arrival! Walk or bike to the fantastic attractions St. Augustine offers. For those who enjoy dining out, we are close to several lovely restaurants in the Lincolnville neighborhood.
    This charming 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage provides our guests a retreat with a true neighborhood feel. With an open concept kitchen and living area, the cottage offers an airy and inviting space great for relaxing with family and friends.
    There is plenty of storage space as each room has a closet and dresser and guests will find a spacious king sized bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. Full-sized washer and dryer are provided as well. Families traveling with little ones will find a pack and play and high chair stored in the closet of the master bedroom. When not sightseeing or shopping in town, relax outdoors either on the front porch or on the private back patio where guests can grill and dine al fresco, or just kick back with a book.
    For those who enjoy swimming there is a neighborhood pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) located just down the street from the cottage as well as a playground, basketball courts and walking paths.
    This cute cottage is a great choice for those who want to explore historical St. Augustine without sacrificing the comforts of an inviting home.

Beautiful place to stay in lovely St. Augustine. Walkable to town. Comfortable beds, hot shower and excellent amenities. Host was perfect and very communicative. Would highly recommend this place for a stay in St. Augustine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully designed cottage. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive and were extremely helpful. If we visit St. Augustine again, we would definitely book this little oasis!

It was the perfect stay for our visit to St. Augustine. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and appreciated the driveway for parking. The location was great! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood near downtown. The B&B was well appointed, clean, with off street parking and beautifully laid out. It was good to have direct communication withe the manager and proprietor. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in St. Augustine.

We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, as we cooked several meals in. Bedrooms & bathrooms were clean & enough space for our two week stay. The Lincolnville neighborhood was quiet & loved learning about the history. We often walked to nearby restaurants, distillery & winery.Meridith responded quickly to our questions prior & during our stay. Thanks for being a great host!Definitely at the top of our list for the best vacation ever!

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home in a great location, within walking distance to the historic district. The pictures absolutely reflect how lovely and pristine this property is. The host was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We would 100% come here again.

This was the perfect little house for 2 people for our 3 week stay in St Augustine. We loved the neighborhood. It was a mixture of historical, old and ours (remodeled). It came with EVERYTHING you need. House mgr Angela, was very responsive to any questions. Loved the area. May return next yr. If so, we'll try to stay here.

Home was exactly as advertised, very well equipped with all of your vacation needs. Close to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the area, and the home was lovely!

Great place, great location!

Everything about this place was great. It was so close to everything we wanted to do, had everything at the house we needed, and everything was so clean. The owner responded to my questions quickly and was very helpful.
