  • Welcome to your slice of beach paradise! The condo is a 6 minute walk to the beautiful and tranquil Saint Augustine Beach. Just grab the beach chairs and towels provided. There are numerous restaurants in the area for whatever you're in the mood for. Walk around the corner to Salt Life Food Shack and enjoy dinner on their patio feeling the ocean breeze. The Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, volleyball courts, horseshoes, bocce ball, an art gallery, and a splash pad for the little ones are all a short walk.

    The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse are all located along the A1A and are minutes to drive to. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a 10 minute drive. Explore while strolling historic streets with quaint little shops and eateries. This condo really is the perfect location nestled in between everything you need while adventuring in town.

    The condo sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 closets, a beautiful vanity table set, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room provides 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom with a shower. Kitchen features include dishes, cooking utensils, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Smart TV and Internet are also provided. Relax and unwind on the comfy couch streaming your favorite shows. The community pool is just steps away from your door and the local YMCA is across the street.

    -There are 2 unassigned parking spaces available in the outdoor lot

    -The person booking is required to be at the property during the entire stay. No third-party booking

    -Unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires going up a set of stairs

Perfect place for our weekend getaway

We stayed at Vicky’s place for the weekend and it was perfect for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and pier. And just about 15 mins to St Augustine old town. Vicky was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Nice place, with easy access to activities.

Nice place with close proximity to beaches and other activities. Community pool very close. We preferred driving to the beach as we checked out multiple spots Is a second floor unit with stairs but was not an issue.

4th of July in St Augustine

St Augustine is one of our favorite places to go on vacation or for a long weekend. We are Florida residents and visit often. It never gets old, only better! This condo was perfect size for 3-4 people, very clean and met our expectations. Although the beach is a short walk we chose to drive a few miles to the Marineland area with public parking just steps away. We would definitely return to this condo. Viktoriya was helpful and very pleasant, condo spotless and comfortable!

Destination Beach

A wonderful and convenient place to hit the beach! This spacious two bedroom condo was a perfect fit for my family of four. Very clean and loaded with extras. We were provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even family games to play around the kitchen table. The living room furniture was comfortable and provided plenty of space for us to enjoy TV in the evenings. Tons of local restaurants were with in a fifteen minute walk and the beach was even closer. I highly recommend this as family friendly place! 10/10

Fabulous host

Vicky went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay! I changed the date for our trip 3 times and she didn’t even bat an eye. This place was perfect for what we needed. 5 minutes from the amphitheater, for which 3 of our nights were spent there. 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute drive to Anastasia state park. About 15 minute drive to the historical district. Place was spotless and beautiful upon our arrival. When we come to St Augustine again she will be the first person I contact.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir waren 2,5 Wochen in Vickys süßer Wohnung am Beach und haben es sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Besonders toll ist die Lage: In 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Beach und es gibt viele tolle Lokale in der Nähe. Im Sommer ist der schöne Gemeinschafts-Pool bestimmt auch ein Highlight, im Winter konnten wir ihn natürlich leider nicht nutzen. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, Vicky hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt und immer schnell geantwortet. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand sogar eine Flasche Wein und ein Malbuch für unseren Kleinen auf dem Tisch ❤️ Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here! It was very conveniently located to everything, which suited our needs for the weekend. The condo was fantastic! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The couch was super comfy to relax on after a long day of walking downtown. We would 100% stay here again!
