"Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. Main bedroom a good size and both bathrooms were small but perfect and really clean. Everything else was great, lots of little extras like coffee pods, cleaning products etc."

"Lovely basement flat in very central location. It clearly has been recently refurbished- bathroom especially good. We had a very comfortable stay- tea and coffee was provided including a Krups coffee maker and the supermarkets were just around the corner for anything else you need. Although there is parking outside, it’s restricted to 30 minutes but we found free overnight parking about a 5 minute walk away. "Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the old course. We had lunch at the Tom Morris Bar and Grill, which I recommend booking well in advance. We also played 18 holes of putting on the Himalayan greens. Charlie was great at communicating with us and was there to meet us at checkin and help with parking.Even a nice, secluded outdoor patio. If you're staying in St Andrew and need space for a large group, this is a great place. Very clean and very comfortable beds. 5 stars"

The property was in a very convenient and quiet/peaceful location with good facilities nearby. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (although we couldn't find a hairdryer which would have been useful) and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'd recommend and would stay again."
