Smiddy Burn is a charming cosy cottage on two floors & is less than 10 minutes walk to Kingsbarns Golf Course & approximately 10 minutes drive from St Andrews. It is an ideal walkable location for weddings at Cambo House.

East Neuk has to lots to offer, a round of golf, a coastal walk or exploring St Andrews & the quaint fishing villages, you will be spoilt for choice!



The Space

Smiddy Burn Cottage is a converted byre and is located in a quiet charming conservation village with great access to lots of outdoor activities.

On the ground floor you have

Lounge/ dining area, bathroom and kitchen

On the first floor you have

Bedroom 1 with king size comfy bed

Bedroom 2 with two comfy single beds



The kitchen has everything you need for your holiday - dishwasher , microwave , fridge freezer, hob and oven



There is a garden at both the front and rear of the cottage. At the front there is a patio area with a table and four chairs plus a bench. There is also parking for 2 cars.

Guests will have access to free FREE BT SUPERFAST FIBRE BROADBAND plus NETFLIX There is also a dvd library and several board games .
