Nestled in Springville, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 twin over twin bed(recomended for children), and 1 twin over full bed. This home features 3 full bathrooms. Guests can relax and unwind in this tranquil retreat offering a fenced yard and screened in porch with a t.v and patio
furniture. The living room includes a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping space and plenty of seating for large groups. Enjoy the wonderful amenities such as a 2-car garage, covered carport for your boat or off-road vehicle, plenty of parking in the rear of home and the front, firepit with seating (firewood included), fenced yard, gas (propane) grill (tank provided), stone fireplace, and a great location for boat launching, fishing, and water sports. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, plenty of utensils/pots/pans/plates/cups, coffee pot, electric can opener and air fryer included. Full size washer and dryer, central heat/air, and gas fireplace are some additional features. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan for some extra added comfort. Bedding and towels are provided along with some laundry detergent so you can wash and refresh your linens for extended stays. Play a game of checkers on the back porch while watching the sunrise or sunset or grab a friend and play a game of electronic darts in the garage area. This home is accomadating and spacious for families or large groups. Paris Landing State park is 6 miles, Port Rd. public boat ramp is 2.5 miles, Sunset Bay boat launch is less than 1/2 mile (must pay to launch @Sunset Bay), 4 Way grille 3.5 miles, Blues Landing is 5.6 miles and so many more options. This home has 2 driveways one in the front and one in the back located on a corner lot. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Very clean and spacious home. Stayed 5 days 7 adults 3 kids had a wonderful time. Will definitely come back.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made this perfect for our extended family coming to celebrate a wedding in the area. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom to get ready for the wedding and the bunk beds in 2 of the bedrooms were great for the kids to sleep on. The pull out couch was perfect for a single uncle who needed a place to stay as well. It was raining the morning of the wedding, so it was especially nice that we were able to park 2 cars in the attached garage and didn't have to walk out in the rain in our formal clothes. We used the kitchen to make brunch and had all the basic skillets, pans and utensils we needed and plenty of space in the fridge and at the bar and table for everyone to eat at. Everything seemed clean and it was nice that they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all three showers. We also went on a little walk in the neighborhood. The house is in a nice little lake/camping community on a quite road. There was a small "general store" just a short walk across the road that had some basic supplies if you didn't want to drive the 15-20 minutes to the nearest town with a bigger grocery store.My mother-in-law left something behind and Amanda contacted us right away and even offered to mail it to her!
