The pool was closed and the property was close to a remodel. The staff was terrific, and the breakfast was just fine, no problems. It’s just aggravates the heck out of me when you get to a place and the main thing that you wanted for the evening to relax in was the pool and it is closed. They said I could go to the next door motel, which was their sister motel but if I wanted to do that, why didn’t I just stay next-door?

i got the Hotel and Expedia said it was a Holiday Inn and it was a bad example of a Comfort Inn. I was very upset with Expedia but could not contact a person. Will not use Expedia again.

Check in was easy! Our room was nice, beds were comfy and clean. Pressure in the shower was nice. Spotted an area of mold by the shower (probably due to poor ventilation) but not a big deal. Had a TV, microwave and a fridge which was great. We were right by the breakfast room which had decent food. Location is very nice, right off the highway and by a gas station and a couple little restaurants. Overall would stay here again!

Comfortable & Clean

Finishings are dated but it was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Amazing waffle station at the breakfast bar.

Do not stay in this hotel unless you are in an absolute pinch. It was changed to a Comfort Inn not a Holiday Inn, the elevator was broken, the pool was out of service, and worst of all, our room was infested with ants. And not just a few ants, ants everywhere on almost every service. I don’t write reviews almost ever, but I feel very strongly about warning people about this hotel. I’m surprised it is still open.

This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express. It is a Comfort Suites Inn. The location is excellent. I did not feel as safe and comfy as I do in Holiday Inn Express, so I was disappointed. Reported to Expedia and asked them to fix but they are still showing it as Holiday Inn Express. Has been reported multiple Times according to other reviews so ‘get er done’ Expedia. I’ll be booking with IHG direct from now on.

Apparently the name changed between the. booking and they stay. Communication would have been nice, no one answered the phone to verify so we had to go out of our way to stop there to verify. Had we known how run down the rooms were, we would have paid a little more to stay at a nicer place. Cost/budget friendly with nice staff.

First off, this is not a Holiday Inn. Hotels.com catfished me into booking this hotel as they listed it as a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a Comfort Inn, and has long since lost any of the luster it previously held when it was a Holiday Inn. It’s worn down, smells like mold, and is overall in worn and neglected condition. The staff were nice and friendly.

Started off with a broken elevator, which was not disclosed until after the check in process was complete. Once we get to the room we see small ants in the bed, the shower, and the sinks. The furniture in the room was dirty and worn. There was no towel/mat for the bathroom floor after showers and there was hair and dirt on the floor behind the toilet. The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows flat, all of that made for an unacceptable experience.

This property is no longer a Holiday Inn, it’s a Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable & good for one night. The floor tiles were loose & hard to close the bathroom door. Needs some upkeep. It was clean & breakfast was good

This turned out fine, but Expedia had this hotel as a Holiday Inn Express, it is NOT. It is a Comfort Inn, so that was a bit confusing when we were looking for a Holiday Inn Express and found a Comfort Inn at the address. They had our reservation and it worked out fine.

This is not a Holiday Inn Express as advertized. It has been a Comfort Inn since 2019. Dirty cleaning rags were hanging in the shower. The shampoo was empty. The pool was out of service.

This is still marketed as Holiday Inn Express but it’s now Comfort Inn! The property is showing its age and wear and tear! At least they could keep the entrance doors clean!!! No way is this hotel worth $167 per nite!!!!!

The reason I'm giving this property a 1 star review is because it is not a Holiday Inn Express!! It is now a Comfort Inn. Google Maps had us going in circles looking for a Holiday Inn. Surprise, it doesn't exist. Not even the same family of hotels for people booking for points. There is also not a hot tub. The stay was fine for the price, the staff was nice, but this listing needs updated by someone to reflect what you are actually booking.

Air conditioner didn’t work. It was 90 degrees outside. Water was leaking from the ceiling into a light fixture with live electricity. Hot tub was cemented over.
